1:57 for those who wonders why the surrounding turns into a bird, it's the representation of mana flow (this has been shown when yuno uses spirit dive). When yami used mana zone, he controls the mana flow in the surrounding area with his magic

Can we just talk about how AMAZING the sequence starting at 1:55 ? Like, we see how Mana Zone effects surroundings, a shot of Yami slicing his sword in very slow motion, then back in real time, and the dream world gets sliced ONLY TO COME BACK TOGETHER TO BE SLICED AGAIN.
I think this is one of the best universes evee.
Remember, Yami's mana zone dark cloaked dimension slash-equinox was the giant sphere like attack that was way bigger than both of the other sqauds attacks combined. Both team's captains were going all out and Yami's single attack was more devasting than six squad captains combined. He also destroyed both teams crystals. Think about it.
I guess that spared both teams captains from either one being the winner or the loser. They don’t have to worry about losing pathetically in front of their squads or losing their pride as a magic knight captain. In that case, the real winner is Captain Yami Sukehiro.

It wasn't that bad before 2020, most of the best Black Clover fights started in 2019, such as Yuno vs Rill, Julius vs Patry, and Asta and Yuno vs Licht.

This episode was by far my favorite. The animation was beyond gorgeous. I loved everything about it, the background music was beautiful, the team-ups were perfect and the opponent pair-ups were complimentary. I am extremely excited for what's to come.

Ngl... but. The MVP for this whole fight is Nozel. This bish carried the whole frikin team from scratch.
Yeah, he stood his ground quite well despite his team being beaten quite badly. Until the end of the fight
I think Jack and Kaiser need more recognition, especially Kaiser, If it hadn't been for him, the crystal would have been shattered by Fuegoleon or William several times and Nozel would have finished badly injured.
But I don't deny the fact that Nozel did an excellent job.
Yami's so terrifying they had to seclude him in another dimension for it to be a fair fight and even then he still got out. Too bad he managed to perfectly cut both crystals in half making it a tie.

If you been watching the show since the very start then you know how much of a blessing it is to truly see how far this show has come. Love it to death and glad we started from 0. Now this animation is like this and we right around the corner from the spade kingdom arc. Ppl are soo not ready when it comes. This, Aot, fire force, and bleach are going to destroy 2021 in the anime world

Bad timelines/Power scaling.
