Abide In Christ: Adopt the Character of Christ
"Remain in me, and I in you. Just as a branch is unable to produce fruit by itself unless it remains on the vine, neither can you unless you remain in me. I am the vine; you are the branches. The one who remains in me and I in him produces much fruit, because you can do nothing without me." - John 15:4-5
In a time where the world calls our identity to be tied to so many things, we know God says abide in him alone.
Surrendering your life to God means offering Him every part of your life and being transformed from the inside out through the renewing of your mind, aligning yourself with God’s purposes, and trusting in His will so that we may be Holy.
Today we cover what it means to abide in Christ by adopting his character in the first of our four part series where we will learn how to Abide in Christ through: prayer, obedience,repentance, and adopting the character of Christ.
