    Both Emma and Amarty are crystal clear on the relation between Development and History. Amartya is not mincing words when he calls UN a "rigid" Organization and goes to give a few examples of its ineffectiveness. Softly refers to the 'big and important' intellectuals in Harvard and MIT who had not been able to understand the FULL Scale of global global problems other than the "threat of carbon." So, correctly identified. Amartya wants more investment on safe energy research. Apparently, whatever progress has been made in this respect has been done with little state support.

    lol i'm pretty talented at economics, but maybe this amartiya sen can teach me how to combine a PPF curve. and i'm sure with the rotschild name being the subject of obsession, only 1708 crazy people searched them, and not 17 000 000 views
