But definite nono in rural backroads or just unfamiliar roads. Cause the sheriffs office will be lurking on those kinda roads

BTW the lawyer is marketing, the case didn't get dismissed, they accepted a plea bargain and the prosecutor agreed to lower the charge. If they fought the case and it got dismissed it would've straight up been not guilty which there is no way they would've won so they accepted the offer from the city.

The cop said a key phrase here..."Based on your current attitude"...this sums it all up. Even if the cop came out screaming, your attitude can dictate a lot. Great job on your part. I was pulled over twice for going waaaayyyyy over the speed limit. The first down in college flying from a stop light, I hit 80 mph in a 30. That cop came up to me screaming and yelling, and I just quietly complied and reacted like you in this video apologizing. The other time I was on an empty highway and punched it, got clocked at 124 mph in a 55. I have no idea where he even came from considering how empty it was. The cop was fairly calm and I again was pretty much like you in the video. I also was 'arrested' even though I was never cuffed and went home, but just like your situation my lawyer told me I was considered as arrested because of the summons. The wrong time to argue, yell, and scream is when pulled over. Fight it in court if you're not at fault, you're only going to make it harder arguing with a cop on the side of the road even if you're not at fault (and for some reason people are almost always guilty of what they are arguing). To not get into politics, but bring up that this car had 3 young men, a minority driving, a couple of really bone headed stunts, and because of their demeanor after the stop it didn't escalate to anything more. Kudos to the officer too. Now for the other part...awesome car! That's an awesome E30 build! Specs? I have a supercharged E36, Rotrex C38-92 kit from Active Autowerke 450 whp 368 wtq.
You handled this super well, man. Situation sucks, but at least everyone is okay. Best of luck to you, man! Things always work out (if they haven’t already).
The best part is the no facial expressions on the passengers when it was all going down. CRAZY LUCKY. The officer is definitely a chill and nicest cop I've seen lately.
I had a similar situation coming home from work one day after cleaning my car, was driving down a somewhat city area that opens up to a country highway type road and coming up to a light saw a friend who has just picked up a 392 challenger. So obviously as we come up to where it becomes more country we line it up and give a good pull, now I’m in a f80 m3 and it was pretty neck and neck but as we let off I look and see him hand signalling that ✋👌 was behind us as we were approaching a stop light. The cop finally gets to us and of course comes after me I pull over and they tell me originally they had seen me and turned around because I had no front license plate but then saw us race and clocked me at 128kmh on a 80kmh but told me that I then got out of reach on the radar( we hit around 190-200) and I basically did the same thing said I have no words I fucked up and you got me pretty much was very calm and apologetic and after them talking to each other in their cruiser and then briefly talking to me I was told it’s my lucky day and I have a good attitude so I’m only getting a no front license plate ticket. Good cops are out there and attitude plays a major role in the outcome.
Good story man, with an even better ending! There are some good cops out there, and yes, attitude makes all the difference... most of the time anyway, lol. Have a great day! Peace.
Props to the driver for realizing he fucked up, pulling over, and taking the consequences like a fucking real man. Stand up guy, wish more idiots behind the wheel had that kind of common sense.
You do realize that they were almost dead. This is old E30 with no roll-cage no mutlipoint seat belts no protection gear doing 100+ miles. They spun ignoring stop sign in busy intersection. This car crashing sideways even 50mph is certain death for the passenger and the person on the back seat. 80s cars don't have side protection at all.
2:47 Do NOT take off your seat belt when you're getting stopped. You're lucky he didn't try to cite you for not wearing it. Better to keep it on than have to go to court and show the dash cam video.
Reminds me of getting pulled over in my old skyline. Unregistered. Plates for an e36. Was doing like 90 in a 35 or 45. No seatbelts. Etc. Only thing that saved me was car is rhd, he was walking to the left and i pulled way over and flagged him to my side like "im glad the car is rhd, this is a super busy st i dont want you to get hit". He completely disregarded what I did and we spoke about the car for a few minutes. And he let me go.

There is that "friend" that laughs at your misery
There's that friend that shares your pain
And there is that lawyer with angel wings
Bro, they were all laughing awkwardly and trying to ease and downplay the situation shortly after they found out the cop didn't come out guns blazing.
Guy in the back seems chill. I don't think he was enjoying the driver's misery. If anything, I'd be concerned about the friend in the front possibly turning snitch, based on his initial reaction.
Cop might have saved their lives. That stop sign was there for a reason.
Why you don’t be speeding like that on rural roads you are unfamiliar with!! Them signs will pop out of nowhere. Go ahead speed on the highway it’s generally safer to speed even. But definite nono in rural backroads or just unfamiliar roads. Cause the sheriffs office will be lurking on those kinda roads
7:55 Guy in blue watches passing car: This could've been us
That BOV was beautiful. What car do you have?
Comment Underrated asf 🤣
😂😂😂😂
😭😂
I think his high smoking some delta 8
3:45 bro In the back just needa keep his mouth closed, he’s telling the cop he’s “exactly” right🤣
Shitty friend
That made me so fucking mad like I hope joel either talked to him after this or just stopped hanging with him in general!
2:39 This man said "I'm getting arrested bro.. that's crazy" like as if he was sitting inside the car parked in the garage making spooling sound effects pretending to drive. 🤣
Car is still spinning out: “I’m getting arrested”
BTW the lawyer is marketing, the case didn't get dismissed, they accepted a plea bargain and the prosecutor agreed to lower the charge. If they fought the case and it got dismissed it would've straight up been not guilty which there is no way they would've won so they accepted the offer from the city.
“It was fast, I could not stop” 😂😂 glad you guys are safe
Glad everybody else is safe! My nephew died due to a reckless driver like him....he was hit on a zebra crossing. Apparently the driver did not see him either, just like the stop sign. You think it is fun, adrenaline going, and you have no idea what you are doing until it is too late.
8:24 - “I don’t think I need coffee for the rest of the weekend.” 💀💀💀💀
😂😂😂
Bro this comment came up perfectly in sync as I was scrolling through the comments😂
Dude in the front looks like he's going to throw up. He doesn't even want to look at the driver...lol
You had a favorable outcome young man you are beyond lucky. Three of my friends died at 18, 19, and 25 years old driving like this. Hopefully you learn from this and take it to the track and not endanger the lives of the public and yourself on city streets.
sorry to hear that man. losing close ones is just a feeling that is unexplainable
For real, I genuinely hope they learned from this. He's driving at insane speeds through what looks like a suburban area. It's completely reckless and selfish.
The cop had his meat pistol in the dudes face the whole time!! 😂
I fucking dying lmao
Them pants is way to tight
Lmao why'd you have to point that out, can't unsee it now...
Hahahaahahahhahaha you win
How in the Fack can you move with that tight shit🤣🤣 he sure was swinging
Man that officer was a legend. I've been given a harder time over chirping tires leaving a stop light.
Dude, that officer is the man. Incredibly patient and understanding.
My thoughts are You didn’t see the stop sign because you were driving too fast. Glad no one was hurt and you didn’t lose your license, stay safe out there.
Think he got distracted by the cop too
1. The cleanest stop I’ve ever seen 2. These are friends, very supportive
Geez wish we had cops like that around my town... amazing cop. Did everything by the book without any unnecessary crap nor raising his voice. Props to you officer if you are watching this. This country needs alot more people like you.
You got super lucky with the cop, dude was super chill. He said he had just got a Mustang recently so he's probably a car guy himself which certainly helped. The fact that you didn't even get a ticket for that is crazy. If only all cops were that chill lmao.
"don't do anything stupid on roads that you don't know" that is your final message here? 🤦🏻♂️
Seen a clip on tiktok and I was looking everywhere for this video and couldn’t find it. Then I woke up and see it in my recommended. Thanks RUclips

“The only time I did that you had to be there” bro I felt that to my CORE. Too true
This kid is obnoxious.
1. so he's bragging at the start that he got his charges reduced?
2. he's saying to the cop that he hates running stop signs because it's dangerous? Ah.. maybe don't run them at all, so then you won't hate it.
3. he is obviously driving over the speed limit
4. you didn't see the stop sign because you were driving so fast
5. kudos for not making this an issue about race.
If that was my friend in the back laughing that much I would’ve slapped him 🤣🤣🤣

his buddy in the passanger is never getting in a car again ! lmao guy in the back in just lovin the situation
“You didn’t hit the E brake? Holy shit that was clean!”😂😂😂

"i dont need coffee for the rest of the weekend" was underrated
“My time here is over” 😂😭
LMFAO
🤣
Bro you got lucky af. You got the coolest cop in that situation! Stay safe
Peace.
that cop was packing respectfully 👀
i was gonna say. my mans pants TIIIIGHT

Props to the driver for realizing he fucked up, pulling over, and taking the consequences like a fucking real man. Stand up guy, wish more idiots behind the wheel had that kind of common sense.
Your friend in the front passenger seat looked scared shitless lol
You do realize that they were almost dead. This is old E30 with no roll-cage no mutlipoint seat belts no protection gear doing 100+ miles. They spun ignoring stop sign in busy intersection. This car crashing sideways even 50mph is certain death for the passenger and the person on the back seat. 80s cars don't have side protection at all.
He for sure had a little weed on him 😂
He was shaking really bad at 6:00
6:45 he got real spooked
2:47 Do NOT take off your seat belt when you're getting stopped. You're lucky he didn't try to cite you for not wearing it. Better to keep it on than have to go to court and show the dash cam video.
True but he had a dashcam anyways
Best to go to court with dash cam. Prove the 🐖 is a liar.
He would not be lying if he said the driver was not wearing a seatbelt when he approached him.
@@dreednlb fair point if it's illegal to sit in a parked car without a seatbelt
@@xxpatrick204xx you’re being deliberately obtuse.
This guy acted sooo well in front of that cop, super calm attitude and was talking into consideration everything that he was going to get haha
And he let me go.
i feel you on this situation. a few years back i got caught street racing doing 135 on the freeway with some random s2000. motorcycle cop was cool and let me go with a speeding ticket. 369 dollars later I've learned my lesson
The look of the front passenger, like I’m not your friend anymore…😂😂😂😂😂
Wow. Respect, you handled that like a champ. Fair play to the cop too he treated you kindly. You're young, this lesson will serve you well in time. Hook up your ABS.

I think most of us who have modified their cars have been there. I give you a lot of credit for being honest and upfront with the officer. It all worked out for you in the end and a good learning experience.
He got a summons to appear for reckless driving and hired an attorney who got it down to an infraction. He had to have the car towed and wasn’t able to drive it until he got it registered.

The cop was so chill actually. Sounded like a good guy
I was just watching you wtf
That cop is great. He did his job very well.
The good news really is that you had it insured….. kudos! Also, you were very respectful during the traffic stop….a very good teaching moment for the youth.
So if there wasn’t a cop there you were gonna fly threw that stop sign ? That’s dope
He said he didn't see it by the time he did it was to late and the cop just happened to be there
You know sometimes they put stop signs at places where you wouldn’t expect one and to make matters worst, they’re not directly visible at a certain point.
@@StrikerFin if there’s an intersection you should be stopping anyway, isn’t that just common sense?
@@jakob31448No, omg 😂. Not every intersection demands a stop bro.
@@StrikerFinnot all demand a stop but it’s never a good idea to blow through them because you don’t know what the other people are gonna do. Totaled my first car because someone pulled out in front of me at an intersection. They were at fault but it just goes to show.
