THIS is EXACTLY what I needed NOW. Not yesterday, because I've heard it all my life and it did not have the impact that it did today. For the last 15 years, I've been consciously battling anxiety. I've had anxiety all my life, I just didn't have a name for it. It has progressed to where medication does not help.....other than to develop a tolerance to that medication and need to try another. The issue has proven to be psychological and not chemical. TODAY I was set free. THIS message set me free. I have no one in my life. I live alone with my two wonderful dogs. My kids have grown and gone. My husband has left me. My friends and family are busy with their lives. I have been so alone. So fearful of the next panic attack that I've not wanted to leave the house. Even to go to the mailbox. Agoraphobia is setting in. I KNOW I NEED something to DO. To get involved SOCIALLY as He created me to be. But I've been afraid. I've gained a lot of weight. Even I can see the aging on my face from the past 4 years that have just built more and more stress, pain, fear, loss, death, lost! IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT JOB I HAVE, as long as I am becoming more like Christ. IT DOES NOT MATTER WHERE I LIVE, as long as I am becoming more like Christ. It does not matter what i DO, as long as I am becoming more like Christ.

Listen here we do not have the power to change, only through the power of the Holy Spirit and the reading of the word can your mind be changed. You guys understand to God be all the glory for without him we would not be able to do anything think he gives us the strength with the renewing of the mind when we concentrate on Jesus when we concentrate on Him and only Him. That's when the change happens that's that's when our minds get renewed that's when the strength comes in only through the power of the Holy Spirit only through the power of God can we change we cannot change because our sinful nature does not let us change what do the power of the Holy Spirit we can accomplish anything Make all the glory go to our father and heaven so the Lord Jesus Christ are savior or redeemer for strength comes from him and him alone
