I fixed my tolerance after watching ur other video, best thing I ever did, more money, less intake, better highs, oh yah and I don't feel like the weed is smoking me anymore instead of having to smoke on impulse I can wait all day to smoke with no hesitation, just a short period of time after fixing my tolerance
Update: 3 weeks after moderating my tolerance, I now don't wake n bake anymore I only smoke around 5 and once after that, or just the one time at 5, it's not that I'm not thinking about weed when I'm not high but I don't have the urge to smoke cuz I understand it's not getting the better high, it's much easier to go 24 hours in between smokes
Edit 2: my birthday is in 7 days and I only smoke once a day at 5-6 pm never 2 times unless it's a weekend which case I might smoke 2-3 times plus a black coffee but the urge to smoke until 5pm is just non existent
Edit 3: it's almost the new year and after experiencing 1 smoke a day to 3 smokes a day I found that 2 smokes a day is not too much but just right, also I still don't feel that yearning for it when I'm sober and I've been able to save quite a bit of money as well, the quality of life is just much better than 3+ smokes a day

@@isiahmunoz4466 all u gotta do is stop tryna chase an impossible high. Me personally, I used to smoke for everything. I would smoke before I eat any big meal, I would smoke before I shower, while I’m out, basically for every occasion. But now, I save it for the end of the day just like cewpins, and I get higher than I ever get if I smoke every hour of the day. Also, smoking after a workout takes me to the moon and back. And then back to the moon again😂 if u stop smoking so frequently, u can smoke less and get more high so it’s better for ya wallet too

You're by far my favorite stoner you just made a video about how to live healthy and regular amd titled it "tolerance hacks" so people do it for the high lmao even if that wasn't the goal adsong the extra reason of "it makes you higher" could have changed someone's life and got them on a track to being a healthier person and honestly we need more people like you man I've learned many safety thing from this channel lots of people have and that alone entitles you to serious appreciation and respect
I actually get high right *before* I work out. Helps distract me from the muscle fatigue and seems to also help with inflammation so I can keep going for longer than I normally could. It's kind of a weird, but enjoyable feeling. A very common sensation is my brain eventually realizing that my body is just an extension of myself that I need to keep healthy so I, my soul, can stay in this realm of existence for a little longer. Working out while high = existential thoughts, that's for sure. Which again, highly distracting to the pain so yeah. Good stuff.
After I cool down I typically take another good puff and I'm beyond cloud nine. Also didn't even think about antioxidant foods. Definitely going to focus on those more often.
I actually have the exact opposite experience haha. When I smoke I am hyper aware of exactly what it's doing to my muscles, The pain, fatigue, etc. Helps me do progressive overload and helps me go to the absolute failure point.

@@yoMXTT Interesting! Sometimes I get that feeling of hyper-sensitivity, but it's usually towards the beginning and then it mellows out into being oblivious. When I feel the need to sprint, sometimes I start imagining my legs (I jog as my main workout) are incased in heavy armor and I need to run faster to break free from it.

I suggest not doing this tbh it affects the buildup of lactic acid in your muscles. Take from that what you will, but if it works for you go for it bro im not trying to burst your bubble.
I've been going through involuntary tolerance break because money is tight and i can't cop a dub but I'll say this it'll be a fire session back cuz I'm getting a new job soon.

I can safely say this works, first break of 15 hrs and holy hell, normally smoke all through day. Stopped at 9 last night and took first rip at 12:30pm. Feeling great :)

@@theonlineanimal6009 nah, it just takes more to keep you high longer once your tolerance goes up. When I was a lightweight a few hits was enough to have me high for about 2-3 hours. A bite of an edible would keep me high for a whole day. Now Im lucky if I get a buzz from one joint
@@GabbyS1597 exactly the point I was making. If he's aways high. His body becomes adjusted to it so high is his new normal. If he would slow down a bit and actually spend some of his time sober. He would actually feel high again when he smoked. Drugs were a big part of my life for a long time. I know every trick in the book from tolerance breaks with weed. To orange juice after taking LSD. To snorting rails of cocain is always better than bumps. If you got 1 line or 3 bumps. Better off with just 1 line. Get the most bang out of your buck
@@theonlineanimal6009 how long do you usually wait per sesh? I have an addictive personality. Been addicted to vapes at first, then got into weed, and I was addicted. I dont want to give up smoking for long periods of time, but enough so that I can get that head buzz and high I used to be able to get.

I feel like after watching this alot of people are learning this is actually what some people mean by a lifestyle when it comes to weed not just sitting in playing game. It's all health. Amazing video dude.
Living a healthy lifestyle makes games more enjoyable, some people don't do any of the healthy stuff and just smoke weed & play games lol
I find that if I alternate my days by doing edibles hard one day, vaping the next, I can easily transcend beyond that steady 'medium' during those evenings on edibles, also giving my lungs a much-needed break from harsh concentrates. (This also might be due to the MCT coconut oil I use in my edibles. That single ingredient change in my recipes has been a godsend.)
On probation, I’ve been sober for 200+ days. I get off probation in February and I’m gonna be smack smacked. 😹😭

I've been taking your advice for about a month now and I'm definitely getting a bit higher and going through less flower. I stopped trying to corner bowls, started taking bigger rips and quit using glass screens. No screen has really helped with taking bigger hits. Screens restrict the air flow way too much so I was used to pulling super hard. Once I started taking much softer pulls it became easier to hit bowls without a screen.
overall the one thing that completely changed my highs was the tolerance fix, i just smoke after 8pm and i get the same level of high(very very high) every single night.
I tried the suggestion in your first video and im down to 1 to 2 joints a day. I realized I hated sleeping high cuz I would just wake up feeling like shit and craving more. I dont do it right before sleeping if I can help it and I realized I have a bad cough lol

There is a 6 day THC re-sensitization protocol:
Day 1-2: abstain from use.
Day 2-6: take 1 hit and wait 5 minutes. If you don’t feel any internal change after 5 minutes…repeat.
Days 4-6 can use up to 3x per day.

I agree that you need to space out the times you smoke. For me though I need it for health reasons, and those health reasons can get him high quickly. So what I do is get a good high, and then when I know that the entire high is gone. I go back for more. Now while it may seem like I am trying to get high all day every day. This is something I have noticed that works for me not only to get a good high, but also keep my mind stable. The one thing I do not do is look for a super high during the day. The day time is just to keep me straight, and then at night is when the full session goes on.
I've found lately for myself, that alternating between vaping flower and smoking helps to be able to maintain. I envy the hell outta an old friend tho. Hes been smoking for at least 25 years now and has never once built a tolerance.

The intermediate fasting method works great for me. Noting smoking at all until the end of the day makes it so I can get to that stupid level of high every time I want to. And for general use, I don't have to smoke nearly as much during the evenings to get to that nice comfortable high. Your and Yola's videos have helped me greatly as a new smoker.
Been trying to tolerance fix from last video you covered this subject, and I can say that it does work. And now you just stay healthy, and you'll get higher? Yeah, that definitely does make sense. And on top of that, you're making your lifestyle better. Lord knows I could work out more.

Water and Nutrients are HUGE. I think it even helps you take bigger hits without coughing as much. An old head once told me that “A true stoner never smokes on an empty stomach”. I didn’t understand until I started becoming a stoner myself!

I have unintentionally done some of these and noticed a difference in the high afterwards.
Been doing a lot of outside work for my gfs grandparents, and I’m on the south east coast in the us so you know it’s really fucking hot.
But after all day of sweating, hydrating and waiting to smoke, I’ve come home and gotten noticeably slabberghasted recently.
I remember skating to the store after smoking, it was hot and was quite the work out, as soon as I got home it was like hitting a brick wall. I didn’t think that exercise would really affect anything but I swear I sat down and didn’t get up for a couple hours.
so for a proper smoking window, how long would you recommend? 4 hour window? 5? how big can a window be while still being affective in fixing your tolerance
