- Hello everyone! This ASMR video features: A new swivel technique I'm using to experiment with Ear to Ear sounds, Ear to Ear Soft Speaking and Whispering, Ear Massage, Counting, Breathing In Your Ears, and some Spanish. I have done guided relaxation videos before, and I usually try to take you to a different place with them---but for this one I wanted to give you something you could do at home at any time without having to get in the right frame of mine to pretend you're elsewhere. I really hope it works for you---I know there are some of you struggling right now. It's my hope this can help give you a break. Brian McNellis an outro is like an intro/introduction except the youtuber/channel owner tends to leave links to previous or upcoming videos and might say a few words about the channel or events. Most commonly an outro will consist of music of the youtubers choice in the background while playing a scene from a previous video. Skip to the end of this video, for example, to find HeatherFeathers outro and you will see what i mean.

First of all, thank you. This was the most perfect relaxation guide I have heard so far. And trust me when I say I have been listening to guided relaxation videos every night for almost a year now. I had achieved the state of WILD (wake induced lucid dreaming), but it was transient as the voice was unnecessary after a certain point in all those videos. What is so different about this audio. Let me share what I found out to be working for me. Firstly, the swivel technique. It sound more natural. Although you didn't use it throughout the audio. Hoping that you will remake this audio later entirely with swivel technique. Secondly, you stopped exactly where you should have. And that helped me to stay in the dream without being interrupted by a voice inside my head. The flashes of lucid visualisations soon transformed into a clear dream. It was the most vivid out of body experience I have ever had. Finally, may be because I was not hoping to have a WILD state while listening to this audio as you had not mentioned it anywhere And I am pretty sure that helps.
P.S.: I will always return.
I don't understand how I can be doing the exercises one minute and be asleep the next but this video had been knocking me out for five years. I say the whole introduction along with you, including pauses and tone, until the breaths. Your voice is magic.

This may sound silly, but this video is so good for when you get too high and start to panic.

It sounds better with the "swifle" your voice sounds more relaxed compared to you walking around.
A scalp massage mixed with ear massage and blowing in ear would be wonderful. Hopefully it is alright to make that request and that one mystery sound that almost sounds like "thunder" when hands is grinding the ears backwards. Wonder if that made sense.

This helped me so much last night! For 2 weeks now, I've had an hard time relaxing and falling asleep. I would go to bed at 10:30 and be unable to sleep until 1:30, 2:00. Not only did your audio make me feel all nice and relaxed, I had the best sleep I had in months!

I must have fallen asleep a few hours ago. I was having the playlist thing going on in my sleep and my headphones didn't fall off.
I had the most beautiful dream I had in a long time. I was having a phone conversation with LeAnne and I was so happy. The both of you have nearly the same voice. She was being so nice and she was saying I needed to slow my life down, and somehow my mind twisted your monologue into a conversation, and at one point we talked about my patients, and how it's ok to let go, and it's ok for them to give up on taking their meds when they're so close to the end. To just let go. (I work in the pharmacy of a hospital and this kind of situation complicates my work in a frustrating way).
When I realised that a stranger could easily fool me into thinking they're the one person I care about most of all... well I was quite ashamed of myself.
It has litterally been weeks since I heard LeAnne's voice. I don't think she cares about me much anymore since her car accident.
But for the width of a dream, she loved me. She loved me so much,,,

Not the biggest fan of the swivel technique myself - there's nothing terribly wrong with it as 'an effect' to be able to quickly bounce from side to side, but in terms of you having an amazing binaural mic, the swivel made it sound much more like the 3D effect you get from a basic stereo mic like mine (albeit with vastly superior sound quality! lol).
There's something special about being able to hear you properly moving around the 'head'. it creates a proper sense of space (and place). When you swivel it, you're staying at what sounds like a somewhat static distance away from the head at all times, it's unnatural for someone to move around your head like that, so it destroys the illusion.
Apologies for the wall of text, I just wanted to be able to explain why it doesn't work for me (as someone who adores real binaural recordings).Anyway, it's a great video regardless :D
Asmr is _extremely_ subjective. I think it's quite fascinating just how different all the triggers can be. The great thing about that though, as people experiment with more sounds and equipment, is that there are ever more triggers to explore and try out :D

4 weeks ago one of my kitties went missing. He was my snuggle buddy at bedtime, and going to sleep has been so stressful for me ever since then. I have occasional really bad nights and last night was one of them. I was so happy when I loaded up RUclips and saw you had a new video! I was out on the couch by 20 minutes in, and woke up after 40 minutes of the metal sounds video! I went and got in bed, and still felt stressed, so I started up the video again and was asleep within 5 minutes.

you're basically pinching a nerve. Try not to curl them as tightly. I get them all the time when I "point" or dorsiflex my foot and so I asked my doctor about it. Hope that helps

The swivel idea is ingenious. I imagine it would work pretty well with anticipatory tingles too! Since you don't have to walk, that eliminates any noise that could hint at which side you're on.

Are cats safe and loyal?. Ive been wanting to get one for the longest time but my family and friends say theyve been known to turn on their owners Aswell as they tell me some cats have been known to eat the eyes clear out of their deceased owners eye socket. Im 86 and dont know how long i have left but i would hate to have my family walk in to see my deceased body laying there without my eyes intact.

I liked the swivel. I actually bought a Free Space Pro several months ago and had wondered why I had never seen videos with anyone swiveling their microphone side-to-side. The little handle that can be gotten with the Free Space Pro works really well for that purpose.
This video was very different. It's good that temporarily not having a computer is making you try new things. Once you get a computer, you'll be even better at making videos because of it.

I love the swivel. It makes it less predictable when your voice is going to switch channels. Definitely enhances the tingles. I'm playing a dangerous game listening to this two hours before I have to leave for work. I better set my alarm. Great work as usual. :)
