3: Agile vs. classical - What distinguishes classic and agile Organizations? Prof. Fischer

Agile companies are very different from classically structured organizations. While traditional companies are structured in a highly hierarchical way with top-down decisions, agile companies are characterized by flexible network structures. This has a big impact on communication and information distribution in the company. Instead of departmental thinking and division of labor, agile companies are promoting flexible networks and collaborative collaboration on a topic of the most appropriate people.
