So Zoro and Kuina are distant cousins more than second cousins. I dont understand how that works cause im Nepalese so excuse me if i got the family tree labelling wrong. So they are cousins as in they are from the same generation of the bloodline. Might be very apart tho. So that means Toko is Zoro's distance cousin as well

Here's Zoro's Parentage now that this episode has been aired. This was revealed in SBS. 55 Years ago Shimotsuki Kozaburo created Enma as a gift for 4 year old Oden. After that around 25 people including Kozaburo departed from Wano illegally. That group included Shimotsuki Ushimaru's Older Sister- Shimotsuki Furiko. 52 years ago during their travels, they defeated a group of Mountain Bandits in a village in East Blue and out of 25 person group, 10 of them decided to settle there founding Shimotsuki Village. Shimotsuki Furiko, the older sister of Ushimaru married Roronoa Pinzoro, a swordsman from the village. Furiko later gave birth to Roronoa Arashi [meaning Storm, who later died in a battle against Pirate]. Roronoa Arashi married Terra [meaning Earth, daughter of Thieving Bandits who later died of illness]. Roronoa Arashi & Terra gave birth to Roronoa Zoro thereby making Kuina & Zoro cousins. Zoro is officially the descendant of Ryuma, The God of Blade.

Kozaburo didn't make cursed swords. if you go back to that scene, he explained why there's no such thing like 'cursed swords'. if the wielder of the sword is weaker than the sword, he/she is not worthy to wield it or he/she will die. King asking Zoro if he wanted to be a king is chill giving moment. Coz King also saw Zoro possesses conqueror's haki, and only those who have potential to be a king can acquire that special talent. Great reaction as always!!
Zoro at this point knows that he has conq haki since he was using the same conq haki coating on his swords at the last scene but you may not notice and think its just an aura since the anime is not consistent with how the conqueror haki coating looks like.
I had to go back to double check, but we did see Kuina dead in the Zoro backstory back in East Blue. That's as sad as it is uneasy to look at. I bet it wasn't in the 4Kids Dub.
I am saying this everywhere because a lot of people didn't clearly understand due to TOEI and even the manga: Zoro said captain for luffy and best friend for kuina, stated by the manga in the original version, because translate japanese can make some mistakes because it's difficult to translate. People that think zoro said best friend for luffy, go read the japanese version of one piece manga

zoro does not know he used conquers haki there it just happened because he accepted facing death head on to continue his ambition which is what real kings do.
This episode had me thinking, is conqueror's haki a a specialty type specifically granted to users, or is it just a strong enough pressure of Haki that it is given the categorical evaluation of a Conqueror, achievable by all?
