    Great song... and I'll listen him sing it as long as he likes. All the people criticizing the great rock vocalists from the 70s and 80s who are now, like all of us, much older and far less capable, should just pass on watching the videos. Why come here and lambaste a nearly 70 year old man who's still out there bringing real music, not what today's generations consider music, to fans of the rock genre? No, he cannot sing like he once could... nor can Ozzy, Plant, Stanley, Roth, Geddy Lee, Joe Elliott, Brian Johnson, or many others. The bands are still tight, though, and guitar heroes like EVH still sound great, and the experience of seeing these bands is still a fun one. It will not last much longer, so stop criticizing and telling them to go away, because when they're gone, then what's left in live music are the Biebers, Swifts, and rappers of the millennial world, and I'd rather watch Coverdale or Roth half sing, half talk their way through classic material in a wheelchair than to listen to any of today's musicians/hiphoppers do anything.

    I don't like to talk ugly about anybody, but it's clear that David's voice was not what is once was. He was relying on the audience joining in a little too much to try to cover up that fact.

    Oh dear God. Coverdale, the rocking chair awaits. If you insist on still sounding like a train wreck i.e. lead vocalist past his prime, perhaps you should contact Motörhead and inquire if they could use your services. You sound like a pathetic Lemmy Kilmister performing on karaoke night at the local dive bar. What’s next a remake of this video with Betty White replacing your ex wife Tawny Kitaen? My God, you make Paul Stanley sound like Andrea Bocelli.

    • @lastchance7463
      @lastchance7463 5 лет назад

      Mickey Guide I don’t know if it’s singing or just trying to be relevant to survive with David Coverdale. Yeah it’s a shame KISS has obviously resorted to something they were very vocal publicly opposing. Paul Stanley’s voice is completely toast. Back, “ in the day “, he was hands down one of favorite lead vocalists.

    • @mickeyguide3112
      @mickeyguide3112 5 лет назад

      Last Chance yeah even though I'm not much of a Kiss fan i'll admit Paul Stanley had a great voice and knew how to use it...but Kiss is a total farce now. Coverdale should do an acoustic album or maybe something he did on Coverdale/Page...but hard rock screaming style it's all over, he's voice is gone for that. 1987 is an epic album but it's not 1987 anymore

    • @lastchance7463
      @lastchance7463 5 лет назад

      Mickey Guide You’re correct they are a farce. My wife and I got free tickets to see them on this farewell, “ End of the Road “ tour, and the seats were good enough where it was obvious there was tape assistance. Two or three times Stanley pulled away from the mic too fast right out of the gate on Detroit Rock City. But I will tell you, we were in Vegas February 2018, and Dennis DeYoung from STYX was playing with his band, the guy is like 70-71 years old and sounded like he did back in the 70’s; the guy is unbelievable live. Still has the pipes!

    I saw the gig at graspop and for sure the worst man on stage was david and the best man was tommy. It is so hard to see many of the best musicians of rock-history destroying the own image by ignoring their present skills. Ian Gillan does the same mistake. Why? Isn´t there anybody who tells them the truth? Perhaps the management wants to squeeze out the last money before its all over. By the way: Glenn Hughes was playing a day before and he still nales it. Excellent voice and bass playing!
