Jaki Graham is singing 'Could It Be I'm Falling In Love'. Jaki is a great British soul singer and had a big hit with that song here in the Uk together with David Grant. Don't think it was considered for the 'Soulicious' cd. I believe Jaki was invited on the tour due to other US artists not being available at the time.
