Why don't you explain the reason behind the taking of 15 CM first even if it is given the perimeter is 15 CM then why do you take the side 15 CM

Because using that 15cm we have to make 3 triangles and prove a single main triangles side equal using that I also was very confused for first time but then I got this point. I am talking about general construction not particularly for this question.
