Super underappreciated song, perfect for Norway. Coat of Arms might be the most underrated Sabaton album, next to Attero Dominatus.

I like last stand, coat of arms, Great War, Carolus Rex, heroes, and the art of war. So basically everything
Great War was probably their greatest achievement

It is indeed perfect for Norway, probably the reason why it's always been on the setlist when they've visited their neighbours. (Also, from what I've seen.. we are the only other they play the Swedish version of Carolus Rex for. Along with back in Sweden obviously)

How fitting it is to play this one in Oslo. The courageous team of Norwegian commandos who destroyed the German heavy water production plant performed what is likely the most successful sabotage of all World War 2.
You pay a great tribute to them in this song. One of my favourite from Coat Of Arms
What a nice move to play this song in Norway, I really love Sabaton's approach to program depending on the country they played in! From Russia with (attack of the dead men) love!
They always play it when they're here, in the past Jokke have also changed lyrics slightly.. replacing "they" with "you". So "Called in to serve you knew what to do. You were the heroes of the cold" and so on. Pretty cool thing to do.

The story behind this song is amazing, definitely worth looking up. There are some really great books about it
Theres a show called Draining The Oceans on Disney+ done by National Geographic and they have an episode with a part of it specifically about this. Super cool. The Sabaton History of this song filled in some really astonishing blanks that the episode left.
It really makes fantasy stories look like a slice of life compared to the action the soldiers took
Tandem Charge History tends to be a lot stranger, and definitely way more interesting than fiction

Discovered this song today, and realised at the beginning that it was about the sabotage towards the heavy water plant at Rjukan. I got so happy, since I wrote my bachelor's degree about it!

My first Sabaton experience was "The Art Of War". Since then, i discovered other songs aswell, and i can't complain about any of them.

Think my first one was attack of the dead men, since then i would listen to sabaton most of the time
I found The Last Stand and Winged Hussars, got addicted.
Then Bismarck, well I thought they were on dr*gs but they convinced me with their music being so on point. Fields of Verdun came out then, I discovered Angels Calling and became a big fan.
I found Great War or wolfpack first and those are still both great then there was more and i realised they are older than me.

at least according to ari eldjarn, the nordic languages have some level of mutual intelligibility. except finland obviously.
Swedish and Norwegian is basically the same language, Swedish maybe having some harder pronunciation but still very easy to understand for Norwegians, Danish is also intelligible, but is sort of just a really drunken version of Norwegian. Source: I'm Norwegian.

Here's an idea: An Ireland themed album. With songs about the Easter Rising, Irish War of Independence, the Irish Civil War, The Troubles, and maybe the Potato Famine. (Although not sure about the last one. Maybe you shouldn't do a song about a famine that killed a million people. But I would love to see a Sabaton History episode about it.)
It is honestly suprising how patriotic you feel when listening to Sabaton songs about your nation. Heres a fact about Norway during ww2: We were the nation who lastes the longest besides the soviet union under german attack. We survived for 62 days.
