Yes you have to download the PES 17 before u can add any of the patch I upload Secondly u don't need any third party apps before u can install a patch And u have to download Winrar app before u can extract the files

It's an all in one patch. After downloading, install it to you PES 2017 directory.
I had the patch before. Now, if you want to install this version, do you have to install a new version of pes 2017 or just delete the old version?
