I'm guessing the plant that died unexpectedly was a pumpkin vine, due to its large squash like flowers, and large round fruit, not to mention the leaves and thin vine . I tried growing a Japanese pumpkin this year, but sadly they did not thrive as I hoped and died off, because of factors such as the hot Summer, female flowers dropping off, etc.. This year for me in the garden had many mistakes and bad harvests unfortunately, but I am looking forward to the fall harvest.
The plants with little flowers are Korean melons. The Korean melons also have big flowers, and the Korean melons only come from big flowers. I love your videos. Keep it up:)

Love to watch your gardening. Sorry to see some of your mystery plants broken from the wind. That has given me an idea to make a top or cage, cover with a net type material, lock it onto the top of a planting box during heavy winds.

I think you should place your planters at the wall so the plants are better protected from the strong winds so high up in a building. Living with dying 😉 plants or diseases or pests is the pet peeve of having your own garden. I think tomatoes died all over Europe this year because it was so rainy and quite cold until June... So you are not alone with that. 🙂
