    Between you and Dai, I'm learning a lot! I enjoy watching you. I also like listening to your carving process. I don't consider my drops scrap either. Hate to throw them out. You never know if they are needed. The ship turned out great. Take care!

    I personally love hearing you explain the methods you use. It gives an insight into your own process. Another beautiful carving. I think your use of angles in your carving really bring it to life. Did you mention the wood used? I know you said scrap wood but I missed what type. I will have to go back for a second watch.

      It was a small piece of cherrywood. I can’t remember if I said it or not.

      They advertise that it’s the same wax used by the British museum. If that’s true than the caretakers earn there pay.
