Successful Approaches to Setting Project Development Budgets | April 27, 2023

Many agencies have good practices in place for developing construction cost estimates but lack when it comes to estimating risk and cost of projects and tasks during the project development phase. Thirteen agencies were interviewed about their practices of estimating projects during the project development phase and the results have been tabulated and will be shared for agencies looking to improve on their estimating practices. The findings and recommendations from a recent Domestic Scan on this topic will be shared.
