Hi your session was very informative. But I just want to clear one doubt.. In column S of your sheet you have shown the calculation of EPF's contribution of 12% by employer on basic + DA, whereas in column T you have explained about EDLI contribution of 1% by employer on basic + DA. Now if you see the calculated amounts in S10 and T10 cells of your sheet then both are same and so on downwards. So I just want to know whether the EPF contribution by employer and the EDLI amounts are same when the salary is less than 15000 as you have mentioned about only 1% for EDLI.

In Bonus you put the condition Salary up to Rs.21000/- then you have to use the IF Condition in that calculations. How it comes zero in that calculation using your formula.

Lots of aspect Indian govt made the rules in a stupid way,take one example of bonus calculation minimum wages or minimum limit (should not below 7000) whichever is higher,you have to calculate bonus on that i.e is absolutely ridiculous..

On same amount on which PF is calculated.
what about the payable days (salary days) only. You have not deducted the amount for absent days in it.
