Beside, playing the guitar can help reduce the chances of getting dementia. Research indicates that playing a musical instrument, including the guitar, is associated with a decreased risk of dementia and cognitive decline. Engaging in musical activities can enhance cognitive reserve, improve memory, and support overall brain health.
