Lmao, he said that right as I read this comment (the basket case thing), which is pretty funny. Honestly, if I had to pinpoint one unique aspect, it’s that Trump is a seasoned businessman. He has spent his entire life closing deals.
That’s why I think if anyone could audaciously shake hands with Putin and demand changes, it would be Trump. This isn’t just because he’s a narcissist. It’s also because renown is one of the most sought-after qualities worldwide, especially for a world leader. Trump certainly has that fame.
Take Kim Jong-un, for example. He wanted basketball star Dennis Rodman to visit North Korea. Now, imagine having a famous president and celebrity like Trump coming to your country and negotiating specific terms.
Trump has built his reputation as a celebrity businessman for the past 40 years, and that has a brainwashing effect that can influence anyone he talks to. These are just my thoughts, and I’m sure they could be easily rebutted. This is just a small fragment of my opinion. I used voice-to-text, so there might be some extra words in there, lol.

@@nyccollin Either you're a young person who hasn't studied much history, or an older person who's making a joke. Even if it's the latter I'll explain. John F. (Jack) Kennedy was elected President in 1960 and is widely considered one of our best and smartest presidents. In the 1988 VP debate, Senator Lloyd Bentson (R) was debating Senator Dan Quayle (D). Quayle was considered a dope and the subject of many late night TV jokes. During the debate, Quayle was asked about his lack of experience. His answer was that he had as much congressional experience as John Kennedy did when he ran for president. Benson replied, "I served with Jack Kennedy, I knew Jack Kennedy, Jack Kennedy was a friend of mine - and Senator, you're no Jack Kennedy." It was one of the best zingers in the history of American politics.

If you're making another one of these for 2024, I wrote a list of moments you could potentially include (wall of text incoming):
-Biden begging to debate Trump ("make my day pal") and then getting demolished in the June debate
-Biden being forced out and replaced by Harris
-Kamala saying "you guys are at the wrong rally" to the Christian protesters
-Kamala's "joy cometh in the morning" chant
-Kamala's awkward "Let's get out the vote" chant
-Kamala's whole "I grew up in a middle class family" schtick
-Kamala saying "there is not a single thing that comes to mind" about what she'd do different from Biden
    -Kamala's beer moment on Colbert
-Kamala flopping at her town halls/interviews (Bret Baier, 60 Minutes, CNN, the awkward "I'm kind of a nerd like that" comment she made)
-Kamala switching accents between rallies/TV appearances
-The whole "crowd size" thing (people being bussed into Kamala's rallies, people leaving Trump's early, etc.)
-Beyonce not performing at Kamala's rally, causing her to get booed
    -Ron Desantis' cowboy boot "heels"/Bootgate
-Chris Christie being cringe at the Republican debate (plus people talking about Trump despite him not attending)
-"None of these Candidates" beating Nikki Haley in the Nevada primary
-People voting "Uncommitted" as a protest against Biden in the primaries
    -The FJB/Let's Go Brandon chants
-The Trump NFTs, Trump Bibles, Trump Shoes, etc.
    -The Trump mugshot
-Trump's "dictator for a day" quote that Democrats kept repeating
    -The criminal trials against Trump
-Colorado trying to get Trump off the ballot and then getting owned by the Supreme Court
-The Trump/RFK handshake (plus "Make America Healthy Again")
-Trump shouting "Fight, Fight, Fight!" after the attempt on his life
-Jack Black/other left leaning people getting cancelled for saying "don't miss"
    -The bandage on Trump's ear
    -The RNC and Hulk Hogan/Trumpamania
-Trump's appearances on Rogan, Theo Von, Adin Ross, etc.
-The Al Smith Dinner (Trump's jokes + Kamala's cringe SNL bit)

-Walz struggling with his gun like Elmer Fudd
-Walz's debate gaffe about who he's friends with
-Walz stumbling over himself when asked about the Tiananmen Square thing
-Walz trying to play video games on Twitch and "running a mean pick 6" (plus the whole World of Warcraft LARP)
    -"Stolen valor"
-The Harris/Walz Fortnite map where you can't even use guns
-The Musk/Trump space that got a billion views
-The Musk jump thing he did in Butler, PA
-The whole "Brat Summer" thing that Kamala tried to do
-Kamala calling JD Vance "weird" back in August
-JD going on the media interview tour and demolishing the MSM
-The JD "stare" meme from the VP debate
-Trump saying "They're eating the dogs/cats!" at the debate
-The awkward Trump town hall where people fainted and he had to play music instead
    -Biden wearing a MAGA hat
-All the times Kamala says "Donald Trump" in her speeches
-The wildly wrong Ann Selzer poll/Allan Lichtman prediction (plus all the other pollsters that thought she was going to win)
-Harris HQ getting debunked on Twitter/X
-The Harris campaign going dark and sending people home on election night

I don't know. The thing about Trump as other extra ordinary candidates is they create a vacuum. They create a cult following and actually gut their party from the inside out, at least ideologically. Trump is destroying any conservative candidates that can come after him in such a way that they appear weak and incompetent, probably what they are...Trump is also very old and not particularly healthy, so we aren't looking at a dynasty. He will die and his aura will pass away with him as nobody can replicate him. What will be left behind is a morally bankrupt party that followed the whims of a cult leader, not altogether different from when Obama left office. The democrats at least have ran a relatively unattractive candidate based on some level of principles that can be passed on to others, nobody can be Trump...nobody can hate, threaten, be stupid incompetent in such an obvious way and still have 80 million people vote for them.
