Wonderful video, beautiful result one of the few videos where Photoshop doesn’t seem that over complicated to use. I hope you will tell us more about your actions in the future. what camera and lens were you using?
Canon 5D MK3 and Canon 70-200 2.8L. The details were in the video.

I noticed your frequency separation doesn't prompt for input to the low-frequency blur. Is yours static? what is the thought process behind using one blur amount? Great tutorial IG:@brian_dent_portraits
It seems to work for me. I have another action that allows for specific values.
Sadly hated the background especially the corner line, I found it irritating, did no work for me
