An update, since I just got in Lumiere Garcon today: it's exactly as Jamarr describes here. Ever so slightly more herbal in the opening with a tad bit more basil than the OG, but after 30-60 min or so, it's basically indistinguishable from the OG. I just sold my bottle of the OG, as it was a great scent but didn't perform all that well, so I went looking for a clone to replace it. Moonlit Night was just okay, as it's cheap but definitely smells that way, but LG is definitely higher quality than MN and performs even better than the OG. To anyone looking for either the OG or a good clone of it, Lumiere Garcon is definitely worth the increased price of MN and is the way to go. Thanks for the recommendation, J!
Sup man! Thanks for the heads up on Lumiere Garcon, as I was able to snap it up from Triple Traders, and as of this comment, it's back in stock there. I had a bottle of the OG and Moonlit Night, and MN was definitely lacking in quality versus the OG. While the OG was a great scent, I did feel performance was lacking, so I ended up selling it and now I'm hoping that LG will fill that gap in my collection. Fingers crossed...
Always. Always The Most honest and informative take on fragrances. You have not missed with the recommendations I’ve purchased. Quite surprised After Effect didn’t make the list or Intense Addiction though. But if Brun was at the bottom……yeesh! Helluva list.

For these list I try not to include any fragrances Ive previously featured on it to keep it fresh. And the order I usually order the fragrances from closest to least closest so Liquid Brun was the best one imo on the list.
If you ever see Contra Exquisite Latin Royal Edition, try it. Its a good dupe of Layton. However, its a Rack Store fragrance. IDK if you're into those. But its pretty good.
@@jamarr911Just got Liquid Brun in yesterday. Sprayed it 4 times on my left forearm around 5ish yesterday. Dam near 19 hours later... I'm still catching some whiffs in the air, even tho it's a faint skin scent. I saw a few other videos speaking on the longevity out the bottle with no maceration. For this to be a vanilla based fragrance, I don't get a lot of it. It doesn't even start to come through on me until many hours later. Hopefully that'll change after it sits a while.The cardamom is a different story, that lasts the entire life off of my skin. Surprised you didn't include Appletini due to you speaking highly of it. Plus, with the inclusion of frags on the list that aren't as close to the OG's as Liquid Brun is. I got Appletini coming in on Tuesday off of your recommendation using your affiliate link) code. I actually have some samples of the OG. I was thinking about getting the OG last year or so. Couldn't find a earlier formulated bottle so I passed on it I finally get to do a comparison, lol. Miraj absolut vs Detour noir exclusif? In terms of performance and sent profile. That civet note in PDM is a little funky so the detour noir seems to tone down on that. Which would you pick up?

How did you test absolute aventus side-by-side with armaf’s précieux without knowing if is extrait de parfum or edp! So you’ve never even seen the bottle of the original but you do a comparison video?!? Same for Stella times, I doubt that you have even a sample of this perfume….I ‘m so disappointed
Because I bought a sample of Absolu Aventus to do the comparison with…just like I purchased a sample of LV Stellar Times, TWICE now…what does the concentration of what the original is even matter? What does me seeing the bottle of the original or having it or not matter? I gave my thoughts on what my nose picked up between the two fragrances…Im reviewing a fragrance. Something you SMELL…not a piece of artwork that you SEE…
