Thrive Themes - Content Jumping

Screen capture shows current problem of Thrive Themes product Thrive Architecture producing code that creates content to "jump" while loading. Thrive Themes support said Bluehost was too slow, so this video show the same website hosted on my local computer, can't get faster than that. Issue still exist. Very disappointed in Thrive Themes support so far in this matter.
