Don't know where is a loop
Example per sqft rate is 100.
In case of full ceiling 10x10= 100x100=10000
In case of 2' patta
72sqft will be the cover area= 7200.
Cove rate is 22
It will be 32 rft
32x22= 704
Total 7200+704
Its less
But again look wise plain full ceiling is more better than 2' patta
