Atsushi's presence is so magnetic in this live, this live version of this song is better than the studio recording, by that time they had managed to experiment with their own material and improve it since we're talking self taught musicians here. Sakurai's voice has evolved a lot through the years, although it does seem that he doesn't just have once voice sometimes since he's versatile. And yes, Imai's guitar playing can be quite unexpected, he never seems to settle for long and he makes adjustments to alter a guitar's sound like all the time, it is a thing that intrigues him a lot. I was a child when this live took place but I often fantasize being in that audience haha, the whole Climax Together concert has a very unique atmosphere, a charm that now seems gone.
Oh God, this performance is one that will make women get out of their panties anywhere in the world :D Atsushi was so incredibly beautiful at that time, with that hair and makeup, whimsical almost. :) One of the Jrock music history book writers called his performance "hypnotic" and it really is, like he falls into a trance. This is BT's most iconic era.
