  • TravTalk Digital Conclave I was a panelist. I was mainly focusing on How safe is to travel to Maldives post COVID and how the customer experience is the key in Holiday. It was also highlighted how artificial intelligence will change the role in hospitality post COVID.
    Maldives is open for visitors and that the country has taken comprehensive steps for their safety. It is well organized, with the least inconvenience to them. That the Maldives concept of one island one resort offers a level of safety incomparable to any other destination.
    Objectives
    • That the Maldives has taken comprehensive steps to ensure the safety of visitors. Procedures and measures at airport and transfers. (at arrival and departure).Safety measures at resorts- check-in, F&B, other health and safety measures at resorts. - Touch on comprehensive treatment facilities in case of infection.
    • That the procedures for guests on arrival and departure is well organized and managed with the least amount of inconvenience to visitors, given the current circumstances.
    • That resort islands offer a level of safety that can only be achieved in the setting of Maldives - one island one resort.
    • That guests can enjoy resort activities just as before confident of safety measures in place.
    Its the only country guest doesn't have to visit a medical center or hospital as resort doctor will collect samples inroom .
