- We are back with Owen and his 2011 Subaru outback 2.5 L 6-speed manual transmission doing a second round of AMSOIL Power Foam engine cleaning treatment. We did the oil change this time with AMSOIL 10W-30 Signature Series motor oil to slow the oil burning as best as possible. We also did the PI performance improver fuel additive to clean the valves and injectors to help with performance and less blow by and oil consumption.

@@Syntheticoilprotection one if my co-workers is trying to get me to be a dealer. But I don't know. It seems like a lot of work, and typically a hard sell.
Yes it is very difficult.
I recommend being a preferred customer and then once you have a huge commercial account you could sign up then it would be worth becoming a dealer.
If not it's just a waste of time signing up a couple small accounts won't really do anything for you.
I'm always honest with everyone.
A lot of online business sales people say oh you can make a hundred grand in one year and that's all BS.
It takes thousands and thousands and thousands of hours and years to get there. ☕😊💯

Looking at the previous video of the Outback it is nice to see that she’s still running, now with 10w30. I often wonder how many vehicles and gas power tools I would have saved if I used Amsoil sooner, one example I could’ve save the LR’s previous engine where the oil pump failed which is a death sentence for the older engines. 😣

Yeah this motor on the Subaru I think needs a little extra help because it's a flat plane motor like the Porsche and the Porsche had tons and tons of carbon in it that was the most buildup I ever saw on the channel was the AMS oil engine flush on the Porsche.

I'm looking for a video of how the oil looks AFTER 10 to 20 000 miles. In particular, the 75W140 looks coming out of am AWD Ford PTU. (Ford Edge, Escape, Flex, etc)
I just bought AMSoil over the internet, as i can't seem to find a distributor in my Canadian city. Looking forward to trying it out. I changed the PTU after 10 000 miles, the Motorcraft Oil looked old, but looked healthy enough that it had some life in it. I replaced in with a major name brand that says it uses Natural Gas to derive it's motor oils. After 10 000 miles, that oil was so dead, now I am replacing it with AMSoil.
Now I have heard good things about Mobil 1 75W140. I am hoping to see the same and hopefully better results with AMSoil.
So if you are looking for a Video, the Ford PTUs, which get way too hot and need a really good 75W140, would be a welcome video.

I now See the program now in you are profile, I will sign up if I use the AMSoil again. Must say I love the AMSoil packaging. I have made quite the mess in past getting lube into my hard to reach escape, hope the new AMSoil does the trick.
Really hope it performs better than the Natural Gas derived 75W140 Synthetic. Unfortunately I am now of the belief that Natural Gas Derived Synthetic oils is like the "Beyond Meat", it's just ain't the same.
But a PTU Ford Specific video comparing how they look 10 000 miles would be a niche not done. As well, is there somewhere I can find what is the max operating temps before the 75W140 starts to cook?

I have used just about every brand of synthetic motor oil you can think off:
Castrol, Pennzoil, Mobil1, Valvoline and for the last 10 years I've been using Royal Purple but then, finally I put Amsoil 5W-30 in my 2006 Ford F-150 XLT 5.0 V-8 and out of all of these oils, Royal Purple I thought was the best but no longer, Amsoil beats all of them. Anyone who steps on the gas in a Ford has that "hic-up" moment before the engine kicks in but, to my surprise, this is no longer the case with Amsoil oil lubricating these 8 gasoline hungry hamsters. It is a smooth ride, I hardly hear the engine when I am standing still at a red light, my city driving went from about 12 to 13 miles to the gallon to 15 miles to the gallon and I drive my truck like it is a motorcycle because it was motorcycles I drove for 15 years before I drove a car.
Anyway, see for yourself folks, you have nothing to lose and yes, it's a tat expensive but from the moment you drive your car with Amsoil you will have a big smile on your face and the cost of the oil change doesn't matter anymore.

Just recently purchased a 07 gs 430 with 65k on it looking to do this when it’s time to do my fist oil change. What do you recommend???
I would do the PI performance improver fuel additive you'll see that under fuel additives also the upper cylinder lubricant will make a big difference you'll see that right next to the PI cleaner.
I would also do the Amsoil engine flush which will clean all the carbon around the rings timing chain.
Oh it also do the transmission fluid as well.
And then you'll also see the low toxicity biodegradable coolant which is the white bottle That's the one that I like to use. You'll see the Dominator coolant boost which is an orange bottle That's a good one to use for keeping your car running cooler in the summer and in your heater core will work more efficiently and your car will warm up faster.

Does amsoil make something like powerfoam for direct injection engines?

Yes you want to make sure you avoid hitting any oxygen sensors. You want to keep the power foam off any type of electronics. You want to spray it directly into the throttle body avoiding any thing wiring or sensors

I dreamed out about three and a half quarts of oil. The oil still looked in decent shape however the filter was full and we should have changed that oil filter and only 3,000 mi.
That oil filter was so small on that motor and there is so much carbon that came out that new filter was full and probably only 2 to 5,000 mi.
He would have burned less oil if he would have changed the oil filter sooner.
We planned on it however I believe he got busy and every time we tried to do a video he went on in another vacation 😆
Luckil y nothing happened in the car still runs excellent.
