Baked type Corn Curls Processing Line in Mozambique

This video shows our Mozambican client’s baked-type corn curls processing line working. This processing line comprises a corn curls extruder, oven, flavoring system, and cooling conveyor. The raw material is white corn grits. The traditional corn curls cooking method is frying. Most world-famous brands (such as Cheetos, Kurkures, and Nik Naks) are made so. However, some users want to make them through the baking method. This processing line's production capacity is up to 150kg/h.
