MITCHELL WIGGS thank you for this video. I’ve been on the fence about which one to get. I finally went to see how the Josh fit on my body. It was a little big on me.
Did you end up keeping your Palm Springs Backpack MM?
@@saritag7831 The Palm Springs was definitely too small on me, when you try it on you can see it's a women's bag. The Josh is more like a standard backpack size which I like, but I like the Apollo the most. I was able to pick that up in the upside down monogram.

I like the overall look of the Josh as well as the interior. I saw it in person once while traveling and I took a second look. He was wearing s business suit and the bag was elegant enough to be carried on the shoulder I too recently came across my first "made in USA" bag too. The Mazarine in cherry red. She's holding up nicely. Enjoy your backpack. Thanks for sharing.
+EddaElid I do too, much more than the Michael. I'm waiting on this bag to arrive in Graphite also, my SA was able to track one down made in France. The Mazarine in Cherry is a *gorgeous* choice! Do you have the MM or PM? I've yet to get a piece in Empreinte, but I know I will soon =]

I'm not totally sure, as long as the bag is a few inches taller than the MacBook it should work!

i'm planning to buy my first ever designer backpack and i have two options, wether i buy burberry London check backpack which way cheaper or LV josh. do u think LV still have higher value if i resell them compare to burberry? i'm sorry i'm bad at this
LV holds it's value very well, and is always in high demand. Brands like Burberry are harder to resell, and you can't get nearly as much money for them on the second hand market. Outlet stores cheapen the brand a bit, and there aren't as many Burberry collectors out there as there are LV collectors.

The Josh is easier to get into, and definitely more comfortable. The Palm Springs bags are more like handbags for women.Thanks for watching!

i was looking to get the palm springs and ended up with josh although it more masculine its much more sturdy and i love the interior color i so wished the zippers were gold tho... is it weird by am female to go for josh instead???? i love him tho lol!!!

The Palm Springs bags are definitely women's bags, if the straps of the MM were bigger I probably would have kept it.
hi...just what to know if there is a difference in the canvas on both bags...as i look on your bags it seems the colors are different plus i heard they change the canvas used in palms from other bags...what do u think?
+Maven jules Hi there, I notice they do look different in the video, but not in person. It could be because I have the Palm Springs one shifted more towards the camera and the light is hitting it differently.

What you think about versace or gucci backpack..compared to lv..
LV holds it's value, Gucci does ok but Versace really doesn't. I like a lot of designs from all three though.

I have mine in Damier Graphite and use it everyday for school. How's the wear and tear on yours?
I have it in Graphite too, but use this one a bit more. I've noticed the canvas relaxing a bit which I'm actually happy about. I feel like it'll keep it's general structure but once it softens up it's more practical. How do you like yours?

In terms of wear and tear, wearing it frequently for about 8 months now, the leather is starting to break-in, and crease at some ends. The bottom has a silent sag but looking at how the bag is designed, it looks as if it's supposed to do that to take the weight away from the piping. One thing that I have at main concern though is the macassar leather, as it seems to be relaxing and beginning to bend a bit on the top similar to how it naturally does on the sides.

If I were you, I'd get this one! It's roomier than the Palm Springs backpacks, and in my opinion, has a better construction. The Palm Springs line is more of a handbag type piece :)

Since we don't have LV store here in Stavanger, I went to Oslo to see a Palm Springa MM but luckily they only have Josh backpack... so I ended up buying Josh... and I'm really loving it! It's very spacious as you said and It's really good for travelling! :)

Hi Mitchell. I actually was shown the Josh Backpack and the Palm Springs at the same time. I like them both for two different reasons. I ended up getting the Palm Springs PM, but for me this is an everyday type bag due to the size. I like the Josh Backpack better than the Palm Springs MM however because for me if I would go into that size it would be to carry a smaller laptop and I feel the Josh just had more features to do so. I still haven't picked a larger backpack b/c the ones I like don't fit me as well (except the Josh) as they were made more for men...so I wait :)

I agree, I feel like the Palm Springs backpacks are more like handbags/every day types of bags, where as the Josh is maybe something someone would carry once in a while or as a carry-on if on an airplane or something. I think they'll be coming out with new designs in the future, so hopefully they make something you can use daily that will fit your laptop :)

Just wanna ask why is there small leather details at both end of the zipper? I own this bag and mine doesnt have that. And the bottom part, mine has only one sewed part at the center and not in the both sides.

People pass LV products down from generation to generation, they last for years and have excellent resell value. You can actually make money after you resell them because retail prices go up twice a year. Please don't talk about things you have no knowledge of.
