Awesome information. Glad to see the modern Hemi's are getting some love. I would love to drop a modern drivetrain into some of my projects, but I just never know enough to get them to work!
Hey, any info on the automatic transmission? My 6.4L i got has an auto. I've heard if you want to keep the auto it comes with, you'll have to alter the tunnel. Is that true? If so, does anyone on here have a link to show.
You definitely have to modify the tunnel for the 6-speed. We have not performed a newer automatic transmission into a Mopar but all our experience with newer generation automatic transmissions and GM classics we have always had to open up the tunnel to make some space. Hope this helps.
I actually do like where this build is going. Since the car is gonna have Air Conditioning [i hope], using a 6.4 L Hemi which i'm guessing is a 392? I don't know, i could be wrong.
@JustDriven oh, now i see. Thanks for correctinng me. I wasn't sure what motor you were going with for Plymouth Cuda. Thought it was going to be a 440 or a 426 Hemi. By the way, you guys didn't get any wildlifes where you were at,no?
I’ve wanted to see this done since the Challenger came back. I’m sure this will be an epic build.
We have plenty of rust repair to get through but we are ready to rock!

It takes lots of research and some trial and error, but you could do it!
Finish results going to be great 👍
We are all excited to watch this project unfold!
Do you know Mark from graveyard carz is probably throwing a temper tantrum because you're doing this lmao
Yah, but he is also an inspiration to us here for his dedication.
@JustDriven he does it right you can't hate on that he's definitely brought cars from the dead from the sea he's definitely badass and dedicated
Agreed.
Mark has done several Gen 3 Hemi swaps and put a Hellaphant in his Christine replica Fury.
Why? Hes done it multiple times dropping new hemis in old cars

This build is going to be so fun!
@JustDriven it sure will. In the video, the car was going to have a 6.4L V8 in it (which i'm pretty sure is a 392 Hemi).
6.4L is a 392.

The wildfires are north of us here in Orange County, so thankfully we were safe here.
멋져요!!!
감사합니다!
These guys live, eat and breathe cars
For health reasons we no longer eat cars.
😂 I think a guilty snack is always on the menu
