I love the shape of the EC2, but I really love the Pulsar Xlite v3! It's my primary mouse now! Side note: I have used the Death Adder V3 Pro for about 9 months. There's one thing that I really keep on saying to myself: Man, I really wish Razer could make similar dimensions to the EC2, and this is why I was really excited when it came out with the Xlite v3; I didn't hesitate to place a pre-order for the es version, but I do want to try the Xlite V3, but hopefully that mico center will have it soon!
Using the DAV3 atm, but will for sure try out the ES version in Large when that comes. I feel the same way about DAV3, which had a bit more Zowie EC shape.

Ergo mice can only be SO different, human hands are still hand shaped. It’s not like there’s gonna be an enormous difference of ergo shapes like we’re making them for different animals 😂
But they don’t have to all be EC clones. Thumb rest, hump horizontal positions, hump tilt, groove positions, button slope angle are all things that can make an ergo more unique. Or just do the vaxee approach and take a symm and add ergo aspects to it and it will be a new ergo mouse shapes.

I dont notice the standard coating feeling being better performance wise but it definitely picks up less sweat/oils. The ES coating doesnt have enough rubbery feeling/grip like the OP1we to justify the aesthetic downgrade imo
Bought the normie version. Loved it. Balled out and got the eS version. Didn't like it as much because of the balance. Went back to the non-eS. It's hard to say for sure because of the weight disparity but I think I prefer the shape of the Xlite over the EC2, as well.

I just bought the Deathadder V3 and I'm not in love with the shape. I'm a palm guy and I feel like the right side of the mouse needs to be flatter and higher. I'm trying to decide do I go with the Zowie, Pulsar or Lamzu event though they are all close in comparison as your review states. Would love to have all them to review for myself :)
For smaller or "normal" handsize this release is kinda meh and too basic. But for extra large hands this is phenomenal since EC1 is only competitive large ergo mouse for us and its heavy as fuck with some older tech aswell. Hoping the large version will be released soon.
I fit pretty firmly into that extra large hands group (9" from palm to finger tip and 5" across the palm. Or 22.86 by 12.7 cm). I have had so much trouble finding a mouse that comfortably fits my hand and isn't a brick, so I'm really excited for this. I've never used any of the zowie shapes (or any ergo mouse other than a gen 1 deathadder and a g502) but I think this might be the move.
the v2 was my last love. v4 just came out. I got sent the v3 es and the sensor I got was defective so it skipped and the clicks would double click eventually or something like that. the switch to optical without using omrons was Ab bad choice. put some omrons the mouse would be amazing. side buttons are actually some of the best position wise I enjoyed them greatly. the scroll wheel change was very good and I had no issues. the mouse coating was horrendous. I don't know how the viper v3 pro did it but man the most amazing grip on the white variant

I bought quite a few Corair products i wouldn't recommend them to anyone not that they are horrible performance wise but atrocious build quality i had two wireless headset they both just broke down after not so much use
@Ziiiko You know. I snagged the Katar Elite on sale for dirt cheap, and I don't regret it. Everyone says they're shit and to be fair I'm sure its not a top tier option by any means but I think its decent. At 68g its not the lightest egg on the market, but it doesn't bother me. I actually prefer the shape over my old Orochi v2 and I haven't had any issues with the wireless yet.

Lamzu Thorn is far better. I got 21x11cm size hands and play with Val in immo 3. God tier shape for me and top notch tech, great skates, very nice clicks, truly my end game mouse.
Suggestion: Add an esthetic section to your review. Like the aluminum scroll wheel and screen might not be that big of a deal BUT they look cool and different lol Subjective but important.

I refuse to buy any mouse with optical switches, just don't like the way that they feel or sound. I actually bought a 2nd copy of the Xlite v2 with the huano blue shell pink dot switches.
There are definitely tiers to opticals. The implementation in the X2v2 feels incredible and light to actuate but these are definitely more middle of the road

Best ergo is old cheese grater xlite bc you can cut it pretty easy and get true ftip 40g mouse with some curves.
As an ergo user coming from the ec2-cw (felt off for some reason) would you recommend the xlite v3 es over the standard xlite v3?
