The first time it literally killed me. I played it like 5 times in a row before going forward with the ep. Also when he's in his chair with Beard's book, that's golden
The complete development of Jamie's character, disappointed that he does not get to switch names with another player. Think back to season 1 when he said "Coach, I'm me. Why would I want to be anyone else?" in respnose to the lion/panda hypothetical.
Well it is boys playing a game with man bodies 😂. I’m a mother of a son, and a wife of a man. You can still see that little boy in them lol. Same goes for girls, when I see a big slide or something the little kid in me is beaming lol.
And it was his willingness to be the facilitator that made Total Football work. So it was Jamie's willingness on his own to switch it up is what made the new strategy work.
I remember in s1 I think they said he is passionately anti democratic. Class war isn’t too crazy in communist countries even though they r supposed to be classless
*Ohhhhhhh Gawd, that was hil-LARRRRRR-ious!* The hit, HIggins' (excuse me, _Leslie's_ ) reaction, and then the tribute to Bob freakin' Uecker's "Justtttt a bit outside." Frigging brilliant. OMG. Thank you so much!
For anyone wondering, the final joke "Just...a bit outside" is a reference to Major League. Similar plot. Guys that shouldn't be expected to win suddenly do. And the quote comes from the iconic commentator Bob Uecker who's showing his support for the rookie pitcher who threw the ball into the screen above everyone. He literally threw the pitch above every single person's heads. The commentator, trying to show enthusiasm says "Juuuust a bit outside" It's a fitting moment when you think about it.
My favorite thing of the whole scene is bumbercatch saying hedoesnt chew breakfast bcs of an inpending class warfare. Like yeah that energy for not chewing will make all the diffrancd
I feel like our Swiss friend is wrong in his logic that not chewing conserves energy. Unchewed food would require that much more energy to break down in the stomach and intestines....When it comes to bodily functions, there's usually a good reason for things being the way they are.
Jamie's leadership does drastically improve throughout the series especially in the 3rd season. It's easy to imagine him finding himself in more leadership positions from captain to manager in a few decades.
As great of a leader as Ted Lasso is, not recognizing the growth of Jamie and not giving him the opportunity to demonstrate that growth in this exercise was a failure of leadership.
Although many things in this show are very accurate, none is more so than a defender absolutely launching the ball when you tell them to kick the hell out of it, regardless of the situation. Turning defence into offence? Forwards better run quick, it's going to be in the opponents box in 4.2 seconds Got a throw-in? You've never seen a ball leave someone's foot so fast Driving home after the match? That thing will be going highway speed
Will’s impression of beard gets me every time bro, it’s perfect 💀
That's it, beh-baaaay! LET'S GOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The first time it literally killed me. I played it like 5 times in a row before going forward with the ep. Also when he's in his chair with Beard's book, that's golden
Brendan Hunt (Beard) loses it at the back too, he has to go turn around from camera.
That was WILL!
@@MajilBosame here 😂

I didn't notice that direct parallel, good catch
He also recognizes thats why the new play style doesn't work
Their disappointment when Ted said they don't have to do the voices, then the collective Yay when he said OK, do them 😅
That's how you know they really know and love each other
"Boys will be boys", completely absurd, sharing the same braincell, goofing around.

The call back to season 1 when Jamie said “Coach I’m me, why would I ever want to be anything else” is superb writing.
And it was his willingness to be the facilitator that made Total Football work. So it was Jamie's willingness on his own to switch it up is what made the new strategy work.
Dani's "We're gonna FUCK EM UP, BRUV!" is so funny!
1:34 cracks me up so much.. That's it baby!! Let's ggggoooooooOO!
Had me weak indeed lol
Can check it out again here just Will as Beard ruclips.net/video/xcWxcdgNd94/видео.html
I came here just for part.
Literally watched the clip just to see that part 😂😂😂
Roy actually checking his breath 😂
And Dani's impression of Isaac
Really great foreshadowing for Isaac’s kicking power!
The dude’s got a cannon
and the foreshadowing of being put in a box, as he is about to find out his friend is gay.
@@darthvirgin7157 Did you just compare being gay to being a centreback?
@@cormacoconnor7726
you know what? i did, and i regret it. yeah, sorry ‘bout that.
@@darthvirgin7157 it's fine, just go eat some 7 layer dip
Ok the "mmm thats good what is this?"
"Water" joke
TO REAL its great i love it
"Juuust a bit outside" always kills me. The fans getting into some American tomfoolery is such a great joke and it's underused.
I took it as a reference to Major League
@@prestonbrooks2324such an incredible reference
He pitched at his own son in a father son match. He's a fellon isn't he? Well, he should be 😂
Best movie commentator ever.
"With the strength and facial hair of a grown man" 😂
1:14 I CRIEDDDDD my husband & I had to play this part back at least 5x they nailed each other fr🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
The whole whistle whistle shit is too funny to ignore.
Gets me every time
The Major League reference at the end ("Juuuuust a bit outside") is gold.
How about that
"He tried the corner an missed"
Ted's little look down at Isaac's foot cracks me up
Trent Crimm with the smoove catch 👏
This whole scene is just such perfection. ❤
Bumbercatch is very concerned with “Class War” and that is extremely curious!
As a wealthy sports star, I think we can guess what side he'll be on...
I remember in s1 I think they said he is passionately anti democratic. Class war isn’t too crazy in communist countries even though they r supposed to be classless
The way a man can throw up and still respond speaks volumes.

This was hands down the funniest episode🤣
Just a bit outside lol😂😂😂

AYEE DIOS MIOS kills me everytime
This show is brilliant, just brilliant. For so many reasons…
I feel like our Swiss friend is wrong in his logic that not chewing conserves energy. Unchewed food would require that much more energy to break down in the stomach and intestines....When it comes to bodily functions, there's usually a good reason for things being the way they are.
I think it's a recurring theme that while they have heart, they usually are short on brains. Maybe too many headbutts
Isaac literally breaking shit with his kicks will never be unfunny
Ok, I'll watch Ted Lasso again. ❤
Holy shit I completely forgot how funny the final 'Juuuuuust a bit outside' was XD
if there was a FOURTH season, anyone wonder if Trent would still be with the team in some capacity, even after he wrote his book?
There won't be a fourth season, ever. Same as with After Life, these people knew when to stop Ted Lasso on a high.
Great set up for Isaac kicking the ball through the net in the finale.
I love the major league reference at the end.
I would’ve liked to have seen Jamie and Roy switch
Jamie's leadership does drastically improve throughout the series especially in the 3rd season. It's easy to imagine him finding himself in more leadership positions from captain to manager in a few decades.
@LordNinja109 most definitely
"Ah Dios mios" lmao 🤣
Nice Bob Uecker reference there.
Man... why Jamie's shorts are always suuuper tight and, well, short
They really should have done one more season with them in the champions league
As great of a leader as Ted Lasso is, not recognizing the growth of Jamie and not giving him the opportunity to demonstrate that growth in this exercise was a failure of leadership.
what do you want me to do?
i dont know, just kick the hell out of it
hahaha okay.
Everyone wanting to do impressions of someone else
The thumbnail's fire
Bob Uecker would be proud!

I SCREAMED the first time I saw this bit 😂
Its genuinely sad taht a made up tema has better training facilities than my championship club 😅
why are you hashtagging lgbt in this?
Jamie, some matches after this trainign sessions, will swap himself...
