Omg I just bought one too !! Yesterday ! But I was stuck between smooth calfskin and caviar leather and ended up choosing calfskins. The beauty of the boy bag is just so incomparable and unique I think it’s a true classic in its own way now!

Its such a pretty bag even if its not as popular as the classic flap. I bought mine in Spain before the price increase last March 3, 2023. The one I got looks more manly because it wasn’t in shiny caviar leather, mine was matte and the chains were in ruthenium. Its a good thing you love tying your hair in a pony because I found out from others who bought that bag that their hair get caught in the chunky chains! Enjoy the bag! I love the 23s boy with top handle as well! ❤❤❤

No its not. It's the matte caviar leather. I only have 1 lambskin phone case from Chanel. The rest is either matte or shiny caviar. I'm also concerned about lambskin but the phone cases are mostly in lambskin and I couldn't pass up on the really nice dark beige color! Sadly I don't use her as much.
I have long thick hair. I never have any problem with the chain of the boy bag pulling my hair.
