I don't know if Lilith left somewhere else with Charlie at the time. Charlie was probably raised by both Lucifer and Lilith, but Lilith was the one she was around most and she hardly ever spent time with Lucifer during her childhood to her adult years. In her adult years, maybe Charlie was a little closer to Lucifer until 7 years prior when Lucifer and Lilith split up and became close again in and after "Dad Beat Dad." I dunno for sure, since we don't have enough details yet lol

Honestly Apple radio is a toxic one sided ship. Alastor does not show genuine compassion or empathy and also they both hate eachother. Also bare in fact Alastor has a a deal with his daughter and Lucifer knows his plan is probably to ruin charlie
