Nice one Wave.🤘🦊When I've seen them live I have watched the Kami Band too (East and West), but not for long - Su, Moa and Momo just command attention.🦊
Nice one, thanks! We need to thank Norikazu Nakayama (aka Norimetal), the song's composer, for this masterpiece. He's responsible for basically all my favorite BABYMETAL songs. I just discovered this and it can't be a coincidence. 🤘🦊
This is such a phenomenal performance. Released in 2016 this sounds so perfect here in 2024. And I think everybody the ladies and the band and the production folks were just in peak form for this. I do agree though compared to a lot of the more recent releases this seemed to have more band on camera moments than a lot of videos. Call me old school but there certainly wouldn't be this version of Babymetal without the Kami Band. But conversely there would not be a Kami Band without Babymetal. I think they could be viewed more as the amazing cohesive unit they are together-as they are here-and it would be to everyones ultimate betterment.
This may be the only song where I can really tell the difference between the Eastern and Western Kamis. I'm not stating preference for one over the other, just stating this is one song with the difference in styles are most prevalent.
Thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。I haven't used a word "Western" to call Kami Band lately. The musicians with virtuosity, Chris, CJ, Anthony, Clint and Ryan have been dedicating their energy to BABYMETAL's international activities (including Japan) long and extensive enough to be called as "our" band. They are amazing knights to protect our queen and princesses.❤ "Syncopation" reminds me, an aged Japanese, of good old songs to which I listened many years ago at home sitting in front of a TV. BABYMETAL, however, gave a new power to this type of song. It does not sound obsolete anymore, at all. That is one of the magics they have. I witnessed this very performance at the venue. Once the heartbeat intro got started, my heartbeat went faster and faster. And then the song started just before my heart was overheated to stop.
I was at Legend MM for this performance and to say that I was happy when this started would be a massive understatement. Syncopation is one of those songs that they should play all the time, but it only rarely gets an outing which is a real shame.
I miss the original Kami band. These guys are of course great musicians, but the masks make them feel completely disconnected from the girls and fans. They're not a part of the show at all. With the original Kamis there were so many great moments and fun interactions in every video.
Stop saying "I miss the original Kamis", they were never part of BABYMETAL and weren't even permanent! And the masks don't make them disconnected with the girls or whatever They are super spontaneous and fun on stage.Put yourself in their shoes; I don't think you'd want to hear someone saying that to you while you're doing your best.
Nice reaction Wave, this song feels so good and I'm not afraid to say it's one of the very few with anime opening vibes and I love it.🦊🤘❤

Awesome! My LMM BluRay arrived on Jul 9th in the US lol. Finally done upscaling it to 4K.
Gonna enjoy the sh*t out of it!! 🤘🦊
This is one of the few brands that I can't just listen to them, I need to watch them live ❤
Agreed. If you just listen to Babymetal you're missing half the performance.
👍👍Awesome performance.🔥🔥🔥 The fox god is good to us. Great reaction. 🦊🦊🦊 🖖❤

This is one of their very best songs, musically speaking. Just awesome. ❤
If you want to see more of the musicians, go to one of their concerts.
That’s literally what I said.. lol
@@WavePotter I wasn't entirely clear, but you did say that. My comment was intended more for the general observer.
Oh my bad! 😅
More react babymetal music
