I love the fact that she fried the meatless food first in fresh oil. I feel like shes made herself aware that people may be allergic or just dont like shellfish.

Everything is crispy around here ,I love the way is everything clean because most of the time when we say street food we immediately know that it's not that cleaned but this is amazing nice work keep going

I regretted not eating more street food while I was there, worrying about hygiene and cleanliness. This video really makes me think twice about street food; I will have no hesitation to try them next time I visit Korea again. Thank you and hope to see you soon

All the videos I see of these restaurants that fry their food their fryers are always impeccably clean. The fryers at fast food places I’ve worked at in the past were never sparkling like this everyday and the oil looks so clean.
