Haven't you realized that Jack, Jack-2, Gun Jack aka Jack-3, all the Jack-4s, Jack-5, Jack-6 and Jack-7 is more human in appearance? Prototype Jack was the first Jack ever created. He was used as a base model for all the other Jacks. He was more robotic in appearance. But he kept shutting down so he was not very reliable or stable. That's coming from the first Tekken robot ever created. All Jacks are descended and based off him but they are more human-like in appearance.
P. Jack was created as a prototype (hence his name) for the main line of Jack robots, but was stolen by Heihachi and was used to complete with Jack in the first Iron Fist tournament. He was destroyed by Jack and was rebuild to have a more conveniental design, but was destroyed again by Jack-2 in the second tournament.

Would be great to see P Jack make a return in season 4. Just bring him up to speed with Jack 7 and have alot of his own unique diverse moves.
