Very informative as I have been incorporating blues music into my jazz class ...Im also using some hip hop arms from the younger generation ..a patchwork of styles...thank you...its 2021 and we are dealing with Delta ...but we keep dancing....thank you and I hope. you are still dancing and teaching. Stay healthy.

Soooooo no one should ever try something they’re not immediately good at? Don’t break it down into pieces to practice and get comfortable with, eventually finding the rhythm? Everyone who can’t immediately move their bodies with confidence should just never try to begin with?? This is how some people learn; movements broken down count by count. If it doesn’t serve you, move on. Why disparage people trying to join the dance?? Isn’t a fun dance floor a busy one?
I love this Thank You!!
