    Full send! I love it. My last bulk was really slow. In 6 months, I went from ~12.5% up to 16% (gained about 12 lbs, exactly 2lb/month). According to the BIA body comp reports (I don't put a ton of weight in them, but they're free through work)... I gained about 3.3 lbs of skeletal muscle mass in those 6 months. Woo hoo! I'd very much struggle to put on that much SMM in a year in maintenance. Probably very little chance of doing that at 12%. The bulk immediately opened my eyes.
    I'm leaning toward doing a 6-8 week mini cut and then go straight into another slow bulk. Building muscle this fast feels like magic. Calories & beating the log book works for me. 💪

    Personally I am going to maintain my power gut for now until I hit my dream of 300 kg deadlift, hopefully within a year if all goes well 😁😁

      Gotta train for 20+ years bro I see a lot of people saying he's not natural but I don't believe it I met a guy at my gym who's also been training for 20 years plus and hes natural so considering how huge he is and how huge Peter is with good genetics and 2 decades of training its achievable.

    i started to change up my bulking diet a bit for a lot of reasons so more of a high-carb, high-protein and low-fat diet and the tips you provide here will help a lot thanks man

      I like to push carbs as high as possible during a bulk to maximize my metabolism and set myself up for a productive fat loss phase

      @@PeterKhatcherian oh nice I just do it since i used to do a high-fat, high-protein diet but due to the amount of dairy products I ate it started to make me feel unwell so had to switch it up. Also, I don't have to go on a fat loss journey since my genetics speak for themselves which is cool i guess

    I find it very difficult to cut past 14% so I don't mind my bodyfat getting upto 22% as I can cut that fat very qucikly getting back to 14%. I have been around 10-12% in the past and i felt low energy, maybe I just naturally feel better around 14-16% bodyfat

    My biggest issue right now is eating. I’ve been so used to eating just once a day that it’s just second nature to me. I have put on some muscle surprisingly but I need to start eating more. Do you have any pointers Pete?

      It takes time to adjust to a new diet. Start with very small changes and build up

    How frequent should we increase our surplus and macros if we still aren't contented with our size?
    Example: a 60kg man ate 100cal surplus. Then he went 75 do we increase it again if we gained it already yet still not contented with the size or mass?

    Congrats on ending the bulk phase.
    So how much muscle did you end up with now n where do you plan ur weight to be on ur cut?

      I will know after I diet down. If I can reach the same body fat of my last diet phase with 3-5 lbs of actual muscle tissue I will be very happy

    I don’t know what my body fat percentage is but I’m around 175 lbs and I’d like to be maybe 185 to 190. I don’t care about being super ripped though

      @@KostisP83 hey my friend, i have similar Problems. I have Problems with Delts and Calves. They Never really growth until i increased the frequenzy.
      I know Train Calves 3-4 times a Week and Delts 3 times a Week (you can Even Go more) and now they have significantly improved

      If you’re under muscled, stay in a slight calorie surplus, say +300 or so over maintenance, train consistently with as much intensity as you can, build that muscle then drop that fat later.

      It’s mental. You’re gonna get a little chubby but stay the course. Do a legit mass gaining phase, then a cut.
      You NEED to put on mass. There’s no reason to cut if you don’t have the muscle to show for it
