This does not show how beautiful this place was . The stone buildings were beautiful, the sunken gardens were awesome. We worked in the fields winter & summer , we had a school house, a building where we worshiped, played basketball. We had self government & we’re well cared for. We learned to cook, Laundry, house cleaning all kinds of skills. Didn’t appreciate it at the time, but with years realized how much we learned .

Was there from 1967-1969. A lot of history good and bad. Some of my friends passed away there. Sad time
