I dont think you guys understand how much this song means to Gaga. The song was made and dedicated to her best friend Sonja Durham, who recently passed away from cancer. They have been best friends for more than a decade, she was the manager/director of HAUS OF GAGA, and gagas assistant. This song has a whole new meaning to me and many other people affected by cancer. Thank you Sonja for your creativity and work, RIP gorgeous. #RIPSonja

This song means so much to me, I dedicated it to my Guinea Pig who passed away the night before Chromatica came out, plus other life events going on throughout the years since its release, this song always had a hand in everything. Fellow Little Monsters can trash on it all they want, but whether it's a generic sounding song or not, it doesn't matter, the emotion is there and that's all that's needed in a song to me.
