I've played all three games, and I think Men of War 2 is the 2nd best. What's your opinion? Men of War 2 has better graphics, better gameplay, and better sound effects. Ostfront is okay, but it's not as good as Men of War 2.Assault squad is best but i think my 222.2(yes im not joking there is that many 2's0is a little bit biased.

Men of war have better mods tho but I agree GoH is just superior in every way. They really improved ton of stuff mostly ai related. Because in previous game the ai was terrible. It’s still not perfect but way better.

I played mowas2 religiously until i heard about call to arms. Its just simply a better game. Mods for mowas2 are cool and all but theyd be much better on goh.
GoH is, in my opinion, one the best WW2 games ever made. While I like the models, sounds, design etc of GoH much better, I’d be at least willing to give MoW2 a chance if they addressed the glaring inaccuracies in their campaign/missions. With GoH you don’t have to worry about that. It just makes it so much richer of an experience for me personally.

The sounds in GoH fot soooo good with the last update Graohics and animations are better too, so is control of units, both in birds eye and in direct control mode. The only thing about MoW i like more is the amount if total conversion mods.
I hope they change the vehicle cannon sounds for CTA. They're a bit weak compared to the quality of the small arms and they mentioned there was going to be a second sound update that would come after the audio rework but it never came...
They are updating all sound, they are already done with normal firearms and some others, but tanks and canons in general i believe still need the new sound.

GoH sounds better overall, but the guns (though realistic) are too homogeneous sounding and lack a bit in character. You should do a comparison of GoH with MoWAS2 with the Valour Sound Overhaul mod - puts this old game on a whole new level.

KW-1 and 2 gave me ptsd in my campaign as i had to call arty and infantry to kill them xD
kv-2 gives ptsd in every game be it computer or tabletop wargame.

I love the mods for Men of War Assault Squad 2. Especially the Call of Duty and Warhammer mods. They are amazing.
BITFA is my favorite. I can't think of any other squad based 18-19th century strategy games. The modding community on AS2 is amazing.

I love both games, and also their mods. But i have 2 say that men of war have more factions in their vanilla version.
Quality/Quantity, you can get alot of faction with mods in call to arms.
CoH kosomolets: Casually a freaking 30mm.
MoW kosomolets: Pew pew
Smoothly animations are temporary but men of war is eternal.
Vid creator literally has 50IQ for putting the titles in wrong order.

I find the very fun, although long. But the skirmish against AI is awesome and so is the dynamic campaign.
