    I've used this method for many years and it works well. My technique though is to put the tray inside a garbage bag overnight and I put the roller in its own plastic bag once it's rolled in cling wrap.

      That's fine, as long as they are both covered and made air tight..

    another good way is to wet up a few good rags, throw them over the top of the tray with the roller in it and wrap the whole thing in plastic. especially in the tropical climates
    good to still see you are giving out good tips. keep it up. :)

      C4zz4m Thanks.. and yes there are other ways of storing it over night, using wet rags sounds like a good idea especially on those hotter days.

    This works great overnight and I do it all the time as a decorator, but a tip if you want to store them for a few more days is to wrap them in a damp cloth before wrapping them in plastic.

    • @howtopaintinfo
      @howtopaintinfo  4 года назад

      That would help but be careful that the cloth doesn't leave lint on the roller.

    I wrap my roller in gladwrap and then put it in the fridge for the night! In fsct, it lasted three days in the fridge and was ready to roll again days later 😄

    • @howtopaintinfo
      @howtopaintinfo  6 лет назад

      Yep, its the glad wrap and the cold temperature that keeps if from drying out.

    Hey there again pls I am after a new calking gun more drip less . What is the calking gun u like and use pls !!!!

    • @howtopaintinfo
      @howtopaintinfo  8 лет назад

      +astroboy3507 I normally buy the skeleton caulking gun, not sure of the brand but they are ok. I don't think it matters what type you get as they all seem to ooze out a little bit of sealant even after you release the pressure.
