This is the best video ever, answering questions that I have been asking since I got an embroidery machine in 2017. I even took a class, but this is better than that class. Thank you!!! Currently I have been putting my designs on flash drives by project type and/or season. Such as bookmarks, trivets, wallhangings and Halloween, Christmas. I already have a set that is organized by company. Next I want to organize them by who I bought the design for: each of my children, babies, male relatives, and hostess gifts. My son has been telling me to get a hard drive. My desktop has just aged out on getting my designs by internet, but has Embrilliance to see the designs; so I wanted to have different sources like you recommend. I find this organization by computer easy on my aging body with severe arthritis and limited energy.
I am old school. I have my digital files on my external hard drive in categories. Names include name of design and company name. THEN I have a visual record too. I print out every picture and file under the appropriate category (same as on my hard drive).
Hi Laura, you would have to download the designs from your email and select the c: drive as your download section. You can keep them separated according to category by creating different folders for them. For Technical Support on your software you can call 1-855-663-3353 or email support@inspirationsupport.zendesk.com. You can also reach out via inspiredbydime.com/pages/help-center
I need a cloud service so bad. My external drive failed one time so now I back up on two different drives. Otherwise I would have to go back to each website and download all my designs again 😕😫not fun

Great video. I have saved all my purchased designs in my outlook email by category (brand). Is there a way to move them to my c: drive?

Does this work with newer levels of windows, specifically 10? The description mentions only windows 8.
Bev from New Zealand.
I have trouble too. Tennessee
I have a Mac and I do have a hard time finding my designs…. I’m from York, SC
Is this only for Windows? What do you suggest for using Mac book pro laptop?
This also works with MAC - inspiredbydime.com/pages/mac

I have PSV but I had another software and it is the primary so it goes there first. How do I make PSV my default software?
PSV is a file icon viewer, so it allows you to see your designs as images while you are on your folder in your computer. It is not a design software.
