It's also possible that you're not a very good goalie. That's not a snide attack, but there are plenty of beer league goalies that, while not pro level, are actually decent. Your positioning is all right, but your movement is stiff and almost robotic. There's such a lack of fluidity when going side to side and transitioning from upright to butterfly that you almost look uncomfortable.
