You can thank all the other members going soft for that one! As someone who's gay, it never offended me once in their usage of what people refer to as the "F slur" (can't say it on here because YT will auto flag the comment). Kids In The Hall leaves all of their stuff uncensored, WKUK should too.

Nope. Sam made a Reddit post confirming it will be 100% censored still. Not as censored as this, but they want to speak for me as a gay person and tell me I can't handle their usage of "homophobic slurs" are so "degrading" towards me, despite me growing up with Kids In The Hall and other such things like that. They are insulting and degrading to their fans and it really makes me sad.

Absolutely cannot take our frustrations out on the WKUK team, nothing they can do about it. I hope they find a way for us to access the uncensored stuff in HD, I'd 100% pay for it, but until then I'll be happy they're still out there being legends and giving us this for free.
This isn't their fault. Would you rather be able to watch it or have it just get taken down by RUclips becuase they think it's too graphic? They have already said that a Blu Ray collection will be released through Shout Factory which I'm sure will be fully uncensored so there is no reason to say "RIP WKUK".

Thank you for continuing to preserve the show in the best quality possible. I watched the series as it aired all the way back on Fuse and followed it to IFC. I was ten when I first started watching you guys, and y'all definitely had an influence on me as a person going forward (for better or worse). For a long time I thought non-potato quality WKUK would be relegated to my memories.
I know it's been really hard to even think about the series since the loss of Trevor. You guys really soldiered up for that stream so soon after it happened, and I'm glad you all took time to grieve, process and heal, and that it hasn't stopped you from continuing to work on WKUK. I know it will never, ever be the same without Trevor, but I hope someday you guys can work together as a troupe again and continue to create amazing content and memories.

There's censorship everywhere in the new wkuk releases.
This makes me really hopeful for the Blu-Ray collection Sam talked about earlier this year. I hope that retains the uncensored skits though. It's wonderful to have the show in higher quality. I understand if they felt the need to censor things for RUclips... but fans of WKUK will want the originals. This is comedy, it's edgy, shock humor, satire; it's supposed to be ridiculous. So I do hope we get uncensored version in the collection. Either way, thanks for this guys. ♥

You guys made my fucking childhood wkuk was the first thing in comedy that I had just to myself, I found by myself nobody else in my family even got it but I loved it! Trevor being taken from us just when they were coming back was the biggest fuck you punch in the gut I've ever experienced in life. It's weird how even though you never met the person their death can affect you just like losing a very close friend or relative. The world was a happier place with Trevor in it.

Can’t believe how convincing Darren looked as a woman in the very first sketch.
It is a godsend to have HD versions instead of 15 year old grainy clips to enjoy but the censorship is really jarring and heavily diminishes my enjoyment. I can sort of get it with some stuff but bleeping "shit"? really? now you've bleeped up!
