I've been watching The Voice from most all the countries. Norway has become my FAVORITE. Every season the talent is out of this world. Espen Lind's voice is phenomenal! This is the first time I've heard him sing. This show just makes me happy. You can see how much the Coaches put into each person on their team. You can genuinely see how much they love music. And, in turn it makes me love it more. I can't thank The Voice of Norway. In difficult times, turning to music is so healing and makes life so much better.😊

Over the last two days I have watched this more than 10 times (from California) and it just keeps moving my heart in new ways! What an amazing confluence of talent and skill, and the hug at the end was perfect. Inger Lise grabbed me immediately with her rendering of "Adagio" so I have been following her. What a gift!!

Espen 2nd year in a row had the winner on his team Inger is a worthy winner
He has 3 victories now. He also won in 2015 but we never heard from that winner again (Yvonne Nordvik Sivertsen) .
It could have been 2 winners in a row from the same city, Fredrikstad ,also, if Lavrans won. Last years winner, Kira, is also from Fredrikstad (around 83k people).

Well, that blew me away ! Espen’s voice is pure Heaven. This is my first time hearing him sing and I’m impressed beyond belief ! Not a fan of Inger, too squeaky and high pitched for my extremely sensitive ears, and she overpowered Espen too much to the point you could hardly hear him at some points. But still, this is an amazingly beautiful song that I hadn’t heard in years, so I’m overall very happy with their performance. I’d love to hear him sing with a more subdued female voice though, but I’ll take him any way I can get him since his voice is SO magnificent ❣️♥️

Wow! Inger’s and Espen’s voices just combine beautifully, and their duet also looked right.
It felt a bit creepy listening to Nola and Yosef sing about being so in love when she’s 16 and he’s much older. Sounded fine, but the visual really didn’t work for me. When it comes time to choose music for the final duets, don’t the coaches think about how the chosen song portrays their relationship with the contestant?

I was a little disappointed hearing her coach's voice in this song because his sound just got lost in her voice. Even his solo part needs a little more oomph in the volume department.

Her style, the type of music she sings well a bit too oldish in my mind. Maybe her voice is nice, reminding a lot to Celine Dion. But i am not sure if she is future proof. Maybe sth for older ladies and romantic housewives but for the younger wider public, i do not think so. She has won, but the true winner is Lavrans.

Hva som er den beste stemmen er det ingen fasit på da det finnes utrolig mange forskjellige stemmer. Det er ingen «vocal coach» som sitter og bedømmer vinneren selvom enkelte prøver å fremstille seg selv som eksperter og påstår Inger Lise var den som fortjente å vinne. 🤔
Ja, Inger Lise har en fantastisk stemme med en utrolig rekkevidde på de høye tonene, som jeg har gjentatt hver bidige gang noen nevner at «Dette er jo The Voice». Hun har en utrolig range og en nydelig klang, men å si at «dette er ikke x-faktor» er helt på tryne. Det du påstår er at man ikke kan ha både en fantastisk stemme og x-faktor samtidig?? Å ha scenekarisma som gjør at man drar publikum inn, at man bryr seg om det estetiske som antrekk og sceneshow i tillegg til å formidle låtene, er et pluss, en ekstra faktor, som gjør at man totalt sett blir mer interessant og spennende å se på. Det hadde vært utrolig kjedelig om alle bare stod rett opp og ned på scenen i de samme klærne og sang. Å skille seg ut som artist er viktig om man ønsker sukksess. Sorry, men det du sier om X-faktor og Lavrans som om det er alt han har, er d dummeste jeg har hørt.
Lavrans har en unik stemme som er interesant, med en heshet og vanvittig vibrato med utrolig mange nyanser og følelser, ikke bare i leveringen, men i selve stemmen. Noen foretrekker å høre på Celine Dion, Mariah Carey eller Dimash…andre på Rod Stewart, Tracy Chapman eller Lewis Capaldi. Det er individuelt hva som er den beste stemmen og hva som berører eller imponerer. Man kan ikke sette en stemme opp mot en annen å si «Dette er fasiten på The Voice» og at det er oppgjort at Inger Lise er best og fortjener å vinne. Hadde en ekspert/vokal coach bedømt etter visse kriterier, så ja, men det er vi som kjøper musikken, går på konserter etc som bestemmer.
Jeg synes Inger Lise er fantastisk, men med sin erfaring (10 år som artist), flere plateutgivelser og har sunget i musikaler siden hun var liten, holdt konserter i mange år osv) så kunne hun vist litt mer av hvem hun er som artist istedetfor å velge forutsigbare store ballader som de fleste velger i disse sangkonkurransene for å imponere. Det ble altfor kjedelig låtvalg. Jeg ble imponert på blind audition, synes hun og Sandra gjorde en nydelig duett, men det var først når hun sang Sigvart Dagsland som hun selv sa var nærmere det hun pleide å gjøre, jeg fikk gåsehud. «Never alone», «All by myself» og «I have nothing» føltes bare ut som en opptreden, at hum sang låtene.
Lavrans ga meg gåsehud hver eneste gamg, ikke bare pga av sin særegne stemme men hvordan han leverte hver eneste låt som om han hadde skrevet dem selv. Han valgte låter som betydde noe, låter der han fortalte sin historie og la hele sitt hjerte og sjel i det hver gang. Jeg hadde valgt å kjøpe albumet til Lavrans og gått på hans konserter. Det er nettopp det musikk og stemmer handler om, ikke kun å ha den beste tekniske stemmen. Jeg sier ikke at det er alt Inger Lise har, for hun har en nydelig klang, men hun har ikke den særegenheten Lavrans har som skiller han fra alle andre.
Og man skal ikke glemme at Inger Lise og Arthur begge er etablerte artister og har holdt på i mange år. Vært med på musikk-konkurranser før (Inger Lise ble nr2 i X-factor med Shackles for 15 år siden, Arthur har vært med i idol to ganger). Arthur har i tillegg vært på Europaturne, invitert til å spille på konserter i Nashville etc. Lavrans er helt fersk. Både han og Nola har derfor imponert mye mer enn begge disse som er vamt med å stå på en scene og slapp det ekstra presset. Det betyr ikke at de ikke er fantastiske sangere/artister, men opptredene til begge to ble veldig forutsigbare og ljedelige etterhvert.
Jeg ville bare påpeke at «The Voice» handler om mye mer enn kun den beste tekniske stemmen. 😉
