I know what you mean. It’s ironic at the same time Disney is essentially turning their back on their established environments for more IPs, Universal is in the midst of cultivating theirs in their own unique way

Seeing the old monsters from Universal Classic is just additional evidence that the creative team poured their soul into this project and want us to have the best possible experience. SO EPIC!!!
Yay! I just got hired to work as an Attractions Attendant at Epic Universe starting next week!! I’ll be able to watch this park being built in person. So exciting!
A thing I have noticed with all of the E-ticket attractions is that they have a generous amount of extended queue- I think Universal learned their lesson from Hagrid's opening... hopefully
I wish Universal would at least let us know when they plan to announce the opening date so those of us flying from out of state and staying in hotels just for this can better plan for it.
Not that I wanna be there at grand opening but I can only hope they let us do stand-by or buy express for the rides. The whole VQ and Lightning lanes from Disney is a real headache.
Im excited for every single part of this park. The only thing I am not all over ecstatic for, is I wish they did red and white stripes on the tent. I get why they didnt, they want a more classic upscale feel for Paris, but some part of me, just really wants the stripes.
Who wastes there money on these parks that over populate the park for profit that cause you to wait hours on lines for hundreds of dollars per ticket. Such a waste its not even funny

Agreed. I can’t say I was excited for Universal Monsters when I first heard about it but after seeing what it’ll be I’m really excited for it

So I just now noticed the distance between Epic and the main park. I hope there's decent shuttle service between the two come next year.
They will have dedicated bus lanes closer to Epic Universe but the distance is less than many on Disney property so the ride time shouldn't be bad
if you look at the donkey Kong coaster in the model at the preview center you can see a Dixie Kong and cranky Kong animatronic in there

They don't do it as much as Disney does. They've done it in the past for Hagrids but I hope they don't use a VQ

Nintendo world is going to be soo busy. It appeals to every generation of kids since 1980's.

that parking lot is very small. literally alot smaller than animal kingdoms parking lot which sees less attendance than island of adventure😂
I suppose they can build more parking rather quickly so will have to see if they build more in the next couple of months
