Derick C. Toves, a 20-year-old Saipan-born, Guam raised dancer was filmed putting a unique twist on the "Cha Cha Slide" at the San Roque Church fiesta in Sacramento, California. He said he was just trying to entertain the people around him with his own version of the dance floor staple.
