I believe Gen Albayalde's statement that there are still erring cops in PNP even with their efforts to clean the institutions. Baloyo et al are still in service, this are his men, he protected them, that's why this rouge cops are still on active duty and holding key positions. That's why I think his internal cleansing program was implemented selectively. I think he should take a leave of absence to pave way for an impartial investigation. JMHO!
There are always two sides of a coin right. It seems everyone didn't see the bigger picture here. DU30's war on drugs is always a controversy and yet our President is very serious about it. Now crimes linking to drugs is now very minimal with the help of the PNP and along the way to cleanse it. Now the anti DU30's seems to be very clever, they use Mayor Magalong Honesty and sincerity and Gen. Albayalde' s past mistake to ruin the credibility of the PNP resulting The WAR on Drugs in the Philippines under DU30's administration a total failure - this is the big picture of the anti-DU30's to flood the news. Now even if it's true na nagtawag sya kay Aquino na huwag ipaipa-implement ang dismissal order, kay Aquino pa rin yong huling decision na masusunod - kasi siya yong in-charge/executor at that time at sya yong mas senior at that time. The fact that Aquino did not execute the dismissal order kasabwat na rin sya sa issue na yon. That will make him liable too. Bakit sishin si Albayalde alone. But we will not go there. The truth na pinaglaban nya ang mga tao nya and risk his entire career for that is quite noble to his men. Di bah ganon ang Military CODE - walang iwanan. His men is like his family and their family too, he's like a father to them. Like a father to his son. You can't just close your eyes and don't do something. Gen. Albayalde tried the best he can but Magalong intervene and thanks to him. Those cops will be charge now and fully liable of their actions before. At least yong mga tao ni Albayalde wala na silang masabi. Tama ang ginawa ni Magulong at Tama din ang ginawa ni Albayalde at Aquino. I pity Albayalde here actually, hinayaan nalang sana syang nag-retire peacefully and his family is proud of him. He could have been a proud father and General.

Albayalde is too concerned to what’s the motive behind, medyo off yun. He should instead answer for the ‘ninja cops’ issue kasi dun sya sumasabit. Kung sabihin nya lang na wala syang kinalaman kay Baloyo, etc edi cleared na sya, na kung may administrative lapses sya pwede naman aminin nya na lang and na hindi nya handle yung decision sa dismissal. in fairness to general Albayalde, he was absolved of any wrongdoings as per the sworn statement of retired general Gaerlan... Gen Gaerlan has made the statement that they did investigated Albayalde and cleared him... the fact is Magalong was wrong in accusing Albayalde of possible involvement.... the fact is Gordon, who was presiding this trial by publicity, was wrong when he unceremoniously asked for Albayalde's resignation and accusing him of losing his integrity, when in fact Gen Gaerlan's statement kept it intact... the fact is, a public apology is in order coming from Magalong and Gordon.... I hope they are man enough to do that. Their credibility was thrown out of the window after retired Gen Gaerlan made his sworn statement.

Kaya nga merong Jury sequestration kapag nag dedecide sila about a case, kasi the accuser and the accused can not influence how and what they are thinking. Ang "tao ko" common terms na iyan sa trabaho kapag ikaw ang boss at may mga taong under sa iyo. Natural lang na kapag ang tao mo ay nalalagay sa alanganin. ikaw ang lalabas na abogado nila o tagapagtangol pero hindi naman kakampihan pag natuklasan mong may kasalanan naman.
